I love it. Lots of things that I buy regularly at a reduced price. Things that have been discontinued that I love. Dog treats that are near bb dates that won’t last them 5 mins so no concerns over that. Every item on the website tells you the BB dates and you’re saving stuff going into land fill. The family are always excited to see what treasures will be in this months box. (I order monthly) plus I’ve had lots of discount vouchers so that pretty much covers the p&p although it’s not that expensive anyway. I’ve not had to wait longer than 7 working days and that was only because of a bank holiday. So I’m a happy customer. 5*
I cancelled my order but they refuse to accept my cancellation.
Then wrote it was packaged & with the courier. NO IT IS NOT AS THE COURIER HAS NOT RECEIVED IT - more filthy lies !!!!!
Into 2nd week with no items.
Had to go and buy them from supermarket.
DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
CROOKS AND STILL WAITNG MY REFUND !!!!!

Good quality goods, all still good to eat!
Delivered by parcelforce, not ‘rush delivered’ to get to us super quick. Better for the planet, and due to them all being cupboard items there were all in a perfect condition when they arrived. Great value!

When working to a budget.
Brilliant choices and good use of products. Some are best before dates but they do tell you I'd you click on the product to view. Have used 3 times now and have also used the 30 days to pay method which is excellent if you struggle through a month.

Arrived quickly, products hit and miss
My order arrived quickly. But one of the products has leaked, and another has completely gone off (so much so that it had separated and tasted utterly disgusting). Almost all of them were well past their best before dates (some by several months).

Still waiting for my parcel they attempted to deliver on the 15th but no one was in they left a card saying they will attempt to deliver on the 16 th so waited in all day as I was off work nothing was delivered so I'm still waiting for my parcel
The orders take ages to be picked and then I’ve no idea when they are to arrive.
An email or txt from the company or the delivery courier would be most helpful.
Otherwise the good are well packed and I’ve had no breakages so far.

the items are great, but the boxes they are packed in are very flimsy, especially if you have tins jars and bottles in them. They arrive really bashed about with the weight. The Delivery man complained, that they are too flimsy.

They seem to be getting much better in packing, smaller boxes, hence less packaging, which makes life a bit easier when it comes to recycling. As always items arrive in good condition, excellent value.

Had three deliveries so far.. here’s my thoughts.
Had three deliveries so far. Two have been late. The last one the box was badly battered about and some goods inside were crushed. But great value for money if you don’t mind out of date stuff
Pricing competitive.
Make it more clear that some products are past their 'best before' dates. By a video tutorial, showing customers, how to check the dates when clicking on the product.

Very slow delivery and badly packaged…
Very slow delivery and items packaged terrible. No tracking for the parcels, so you don't know when its going to arrive and some items have arrived and been stale and inedible.
Excellent savings. Really fast delivery and even though there was a delay this time I was kept informed of what was being done to sort things out. Well packed items
