I love it. Lots of things that I buy regularly at a reduced price. Things that have been discontinued that I love. Dog treats that are near bb dates that won’t last them 5 mins so no concerns over that. Every item on the website tells you the BB dates and you’re saving stuff going into land fill. The family are always excited to see what treasures will be in this months box. (I order monthly) plus I’ve had lots of discount vouchers so that pretty much covers the p&p although it’s not that expensive anyway. I’ve not had to wait longer than 7 working days and that was only because of a bank holiday. So I’m a happy customer. 5*
I cancelled my order but they refuse to accept my cancellation.
Then wrote it was packaged & with the courier. NO IT IS NOT AS THE COURIER HAS NOT RECEIVED IT - more filthy lies !!!!!
Into 2nd week with no items.
Had to go and buy them from supermarket.
DO NOT USE THEM !!!!
CROOKS AND STILL WAITNG MY REFUND !!!!!

Everything covered in baby food :-(
Everything I got was covered in the baby food I had ordered. No way of knowing which tub of mango food had opened so had to chuck the two lots I got, and two of the packs of biscuits I bought were crushed. The prices were great, and had everything arrived well it would have gotten top marks, nice brands, tasty snacks, but when everything is covered in food it puts you off of all of it. Quite gutted. With five kids to feed I thought I had found a new and improved 'Approved food' shop where I could buy nice stuff heavily discounted, but if the money you save goes on inferior packaging and delivery you're not saving anything sadly. Sad this review has to be bad.

My order wasn’t delivered, because it was damaged, the driver said it was leaking. This I can accept, what I can’t accept is the poor communication, and all the wasted time online chats etc - in which I was told items won’t be redelivered do I want a refund? - well obviously if I’m receiving items?! Now I’m told it’s being redelivered. I am dyslexic, I run my own business. I can not handle so much bad information wasted time it just wears me out.

Ordered 7th May expecting a 3-5 day delivery as it said. Here we are on 14th snd not even dispatched. Tried to locate it via a bot who said customer service would ring but 24hours later - nothing.
