I love it. Lots of things that I buy regularly at a reduced price. Things that have been discontinued that I love. Dog treats that are near bb dates that won’t last them 5 mins so no concerns over that. Every item on the website tells you the BB dates and you’re saving stuff going into land fill. The family are always excited to see what treasures will be in this months box. (I order monthly) plus I’ve had lots of discount vouchers so that pretty much covers the p&p although it’s not that expensive anyway. I’ve not had to wait longer than 7 working days and that was only because of a bank holiday. So I’m a happy customer. 5*
I cancelled my order but they refuse to accept my cancellation.
Then wrote it was packaged & with the courier. NO IT IS NOT AS THE COURIER HAS NOT RECEIVED IT - more filthy lies !!!!!
Into 2nd week with no items.
Had to go and buy them from supermarket.
DO NOT USE THEM !!!!

Badly packed. Three items pack had opened on the seam so we soft, crisps. When ordering I checked sell by dates by clicking on the item, some were as little as 4 weeks but still in date. When received many items were several weeks out of date and one item was November 2022. Whilst I expected short codes by checking before ordering I did not expect to receive such old stock. Would not order again.

Every order I've placed has been late,one was damaged, one was lost,the customer service is very good and the staff very friendly, but that does nothing for my order being late, damaged or lost.
Box was delivered by Parcel force, left outside in a Thunder storm, but its website confirmed it was accepted by myself ( incorrect ).
Two products were damaged, one leaked gel on other purchases. Really disappointed, thought i was supporting a good cause.

Was not expecting to no hear anything and wait so long for my order said 3 to 5 working days ordered on the 10th may got a email on 17th may that they have just packed it so not even out for delivery yet

The delivery from Parcel force is awful this is not the fault of Motatos but they need to sort it out.
