I ordered a black beret as I bought a red one of their brand from Barcelona . Placing the order was quite straightforward as information about my order was sent to me straightaway with my expected the delivery date .
There was a bit of Confusion as I accidentally placed 2 orders without realising. However , a quick telephone call to their customer service helped to resolve the situation.
I’ve not used the black beret but looking forward to using it as I had compliments when I wore the red one .

The product that I ordered was a gift for my husband for Christmas. It was sent in a box with Stetson marked across the box. Which gives away the product. But what was appalling was that the indent with my name and address, my order, the price off my order was on the outside of the packaging for everyone to read.
So as I was working when it was delivered and my husband received the package which is his Christmas present.
I will not be posting a picture as it has my personal details.
I am unlikely to order again due to this!

Men’s Bardolino Cotton Trilby Hat 58-59 cm beige
Product is excellent, perfect for this hot spell. Good quality. Comes up a little larger - but not overly so, but came with cork brim inserts anyway. Colour/tone is closer to still photos, darker than 360deg view. Delivery to UK from Germany was slow as warned on the website, due to customs on both sides. Ordered 7 June. Despatched 9 June with Royal Mail tracking code. 20 June arrived Switzerland. 21 June left Switzerland. 24 June arrived London. Worth the wait. I would use this company again.

Big choice of hats to look at, browse etc. Not easy buying online from size point of view as there is no consistency between brands - and sometimes, within a brand. Buying online also means delivery to UK can take a while and if the size is wrong, then it costs to return. I suppose that’s the way it is re shopping online these days.
The Alfonso d’Este hat I bought on this occasion is excellent and fits how Ilike. A brand I will look at again.

Piomino black army cap with fold down ear flaps.
Packaging arrived from Switzerland in perfect condition! Nice hat box, which I will keep, and the quality of the army style black cap with fold down ear flaps was really excellent. It will be great to wear during the winter, but remains light enough to wear (ear flaps up) during the summer. Price was excellent. It fits perfectly too, so 5 stars, and it couldn't have been better.

Delivery takes too long from order date . Returns process is unclear and instructions need amending to explain which carrier you can use in the UK , that you the buyer pay the costs but can then claim a refund from the seller.
Goods arrived as described and well packaged.
Customer service respond promptly to e mails and queries.

Second purchase
Since last year this is my second purchase and I am very pleased with the cap.
The goods come from Germany and thankfully there were no Brexit hurdles to overcome. Packaging is superior. I will order again.
