You have the best hat range I have ever seen. I only buy my hats from your site. One thing which would be cool to see would be a free hat after a set amount of purchases. Ten purchases for a free hat would be quite fair I’d say, but the purchase prices should reflect and match the hat which is free and not just make it a generic hat that is free. I also believe that the custom design hats are both overpriced and limited on choice. The prices either need to be reduced or the options increased to make it a better deal.

When I pay £64 .99 for a cap and they confirm my order and it has still not been shipped 13 days later and I email customer services , their telephone number doesn't work , and they inform me that my cap should have been shipped days before and they don't know why it hasn't it doesn't give me much faith in their company , plus if I hadn't contacted them and demanded a refund I still would not have received my cap as they couldn't understand why it hadn't been shipped and they would have still had my money and I would have waited indefinitely for it as they assumed it had been shipped . Rubbish non delivery and shipping of cap and terrible customer service , phone number in London doesn't even ring that they tell you to contact them on ! Refunded me and apologized and offered me a very huge discount if I placed another order with them . Not likely and advise any other customers to stay clear !!!!!!

Making customers pay customs charges without giving specific warnings about this.

You should a very clear, explict and noticable warning on your website when an order is going to incur a customs charge which the customer will have to pay. A general 7th point in the site terms and conditions is not a serious attempt to help the customer. As you do not do this you should at least offer to pay the charge.

Don't put stickers on hats that leave marks.

Don't put stickers on hats that leave sticky residue and dirty marks on a brand new hat. Really unimpressed that thanks to the large sticker put on the cap that I didn't want on there, after is removed the sticker I had to try and remove the sticky residue and I've been left with dirty marks on the peak.

Having carefully measured my head and it being well within the size range of L to XL the hat when delivered was too small. Having packed it up to return and order another the cost of postage was to be 47.6% of the hat’s £25 value. I’d rather give it away and buy another from a UK supplier.

The cap had marks in the peak ( that look like sweat marks ! )…

The Cap was delivered in a nice purpose made box but it m was not great. Although it has a ‘ washed ‘ material, the peak has marks on it and looks like sweat stains . I’ve tried to brush this area but it’s embedded in the peak material - very disappointing.

Product was as described. Delivery wasn’t a good service. Paid extra and still waited 5 business days and had to travel over a mile to then collect it from my ‘local’ store. Hat store did apply 10% refund for this but it has put me off using them again.

I have checked your order and can see that you have choose delivery by UPS which actually takes 3-5 working days, so the parcel was delivered in predicted delivery time frame: https://hatstore.co.uk/info/delivery Unfortunately you were not home when they tried to deliver it to you and therefore you have been asked for collecting the package form the closest UPS pick up point. Ordered a hat on the 24th October and today is the 6th November and it still hasn’t arrived very poor service and not getting updates as too when the item will actually be delivered considering it wasn’t cheap at £50 for the hat.

Wasn't a good fit/returns costly

Wasn't a good fit. I have one I bought direct from black clover and that fits perfectly! Returns cost me over £12 as they are based in Sweden even though its hatstore UK!

Unfortunately, not all caps from the same producent will fit the same way, therefore. You are welcome to return the cap if you do not like it, but since Brexit we have no possibility to provide return labels for our Customers in UK, as we do inform on our website in the section about returns. I have checked your old order and can see that in 2019 you have ordered cap with ready design added directly form our creator. The new cap you have ordered this year is with your own personalized logo, which is more expensive. We add a one-off fee of £ 25 for personalised logos. We agree that the extra fee is not cool, but it is unfortunately necessary since a personalised logo requires a lot of manual work to produce a pattern card that controls how the machine will embroider your logo.
