You have the best hat range I have ever seen. I only buy my hats from your site. One thing which would be cool to see would be a free hat after a set amount of purchases. Ten purchases for a free hat would be quite fair I’d say, but the purchase prices should reflect and match the hat which is free and not just make it a generic hat that is free.
I also believe that the custom design hats are both overpriced and limited on choice. The prices either need to be reduced or the options increased to make it a better deal.

When I pay £64 .99 for a cap and they confirm my order and it has still not been shipped 13 days later and I email customer services , their telephone number doesn't work , and they inform me that my cap should have been shipped days before and they don't know why it hasn't it doesn't give me much faith in their company , plus if I hadn't contacted them and demanded a refund I still would not have received my cap as they couldn't understand why it hadn't been shipped and they would have still had my money and I would have waited indefinitely for it as they assumed it had been shipped . Rubbish non delivery and shipping of cap and terrible customer service , phone number in London doesn't even ring that they tell you to contact them on ! Refunded me and apologized and offered me a very huge discount if I placed another order with them . Not likely and advise any other customers to stay clear !!!!!!

Nice products and good delivery but didn’t realise you had to pay for returns to go back to Sweden, which is fine if you’re not in a hurry for cash. Saying that, communication was good and received my money with no bother.

Service was good although I never received a dispatch email to say the purchase was on the way. It just turned up at my door.
But none the less hamsters are easy to get in touch with and their products are always of highest quality.

Received my Stetson Base Ball Cap quicker than expected. It arrived in perfect condition, well packed in a cardboard box. Some base ball caps are slightly smaller than others, but this one fits me well. The only reason I'm giving you 4 stars rather than five is that the product was rather expensive & probably could be reduced in price allowing you still to make a good profit.

Shipping to the UK included duties and taxes so that’s a bonus as there’s no hassle receiving the item. I had to return mine for exchange as the sizing was too big. I think you could improve the exchange process by add a paper in the packaging with a form to fill out for exchange to make it easier to understand why the item is coming back.

They had a NY mets cap I was looking for everywhere. I like the 47 range which I have never wore before. The variety and selection is impressive. The delivery took a week which was longer than I expected. Otherwise, I might use them again. 8/10

The only thing wrong was I asked to print something on the left side and nothing on the right, and the hat arrived with the print on the right side instead of the left side.

Great stuff! Well packaged to prevent the caps being crushed out of shape. I like them except the XXL size, which is too large. It was an oversight, I may have to return it for a smaller size.
