The Jali natural chest is my 7th piece of furniture from Trade Furniture Company and ,as always , I absolutely love it . It sits beautifully with the rest and super useful with the large storage space but still looks sleek . As usual I have to stroke the wood every time I pass it . Ordering was easy ,wait not long at all and the driver was super helpful, I live in 1st floor masionette and he went above and beyond to place the item in my front room . I cannot recommend this company enough

As always, beautiful furniture. We now have over 10 pieces throughout our house (living, dining, conservatory and bedroom) and have been building the collection over several years. The older furniture is just as bright as it was when first bought and has lasted very well. It's very solid, the designs are nice and gives us some much needed storage. Delivery is great and we have never waited very long for it to arrive. Great company to deal with. We'll be back I'm sure.

The table and chairs we purchased are beautiful and complement our kitchen we have had an exceptional service from start to delivery .The delivery driver was brilliant I have just had a knee replacement done and the delivery was very professional and he put everything in my house for me Well done Trade furniture all the team and give a great pat on the back for the delivery driver top guy Kind regards Terry &Sandra Horn

I’ve used this company for years placing many orders. The furniture is always of the highest quality and I have not had one single problem with any of my orders. Delivery is always highly professional, on time and items packaged extremely well. I will always use Trade Furniture Company when I need new furniture (the Dakota range is lovely) and highly recommend them.

Issue with a scratch on the TV unit, was not impressed that customer service attempted to imply I caused the scratch. Although, an alternative unit was delivered so that I was happy with. The delivery person however was absolutely adherent. This man was exceptionally rude and somewhat arrogant, declined to engage with me throughout the delivery process. This made me feel extremely uncomfortable and vulnerable in my own home. I was advised the new item we be unpacked and checked. When I queried this with the driver stated he wasn't told this in a very rude way I suggested ringing the company to get confirmation although he declined I'm afraid the man needs training in basic communication skills. Unfortunately, due to my experience I will not be using this company again.

Beautiful table and chairs, superb quality. I have previously purchased a mango coffee table and wanted this to match and they look stunning! Such good value for money. Highly recommend. Only small negative was the delivery. It took a but longer than the maximum 10 days from order.

Second time ive bought from here now,the furniture is beautiful, slight issue with a drawer handle not fitting but rectified very quickly and new one sent out to me quickly. Communication good and delivery efficient.will definitely purchase from here again

Excellent customer service. First delivery arrived with slight damage, swiftly corrected with collection of the damaged item and a replacement product. Very happy with the quality and price of this nest of tables. Highly recommended company.
