Ordered 2 personalised calendars for my 2daughters n their family. Couldn't have been happier when they were delivered. They are really lovely and practical, each family member is personally identified in looks n names,plus there are big columns for each person to have all their meetings, appointment etc written down . Ordered 2 personalised pencil cases. The processs was simple but on arrival, 1 was great whereas the other pink one, was a disappointment! The thread was sticking out and wasnt neat at all. Looked like a kid had made it! Severely disappointed and would never order again!
