better than amazon
I have been ordering my card blanks and envelopes from Amazon / Ebay, but iv been ending up with so many more envelopes when i run out of cards!! I ordered card blanks from here to prevent piling up more Envelopes, somehow iv managed to collect 60 envelopes after using all my card blanks. Price was really cheap, postage was expensive which puts me off a bit but they came next day delivery.

Ordered several times for more than five years
Ordered from here several times for more than 5 years. The envelopes are a quality product and we are able to fit our design to be printed on the envelopes. The only issue we've had is when we upload the PDF design during the ordering process there seems to be a glitch and the text gets corrupted in part. However, they very quickly contact us to say there is a problem and as soon as we send the PDF directly the order is promptly processed. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5.

Brilliant service. The envelope I selected was out of stock. Alenka advised me of an alternative that was in fact slightly cheaper but almost same spec. I agreed to switch over to this one. Alenka then adjusted the quantity so that I received a few extra envelopes rather than having to go through the effort of raising a credit note. The envelopes arrived the next day

Originally looked at a 500 box of Blake envelopes on Amazon. They can in at about £78.00. I often do a quick Google shopping search when buying stuff. Resupply of white gummed envelopes for card stock

Envelopes are terrific and just what we need. However, the actual delivery was terrible and given the choice we won't use a company that lets DHL treat their consignments in such a shoddy fashion. The delivery envelope was open when we received and the driver had simply thrown the parcel at the doorway.

Fix your 'reset' password option
You seriously need to fix your website..
The forgotten password does not work at all. I have tried this on multiple times on multiple occasions, no email recovery even gets sent to reset it, not even in the junk folder. I messaged you directly about it |(04.04.26) @ 'customercare' but this was ignored. Luckily an old laptop of mine still had my login saved to it. If I get locked out again I will order elsewhere going forward, there's plenty of comparable competitors out there , I won't even try to reset my password again.
When clicking on previously dispatched orders, to then reorder, it would help greatly if they had a link in the details to take you to the product, it would certainly take any error out of searching for it again.
