I use these envelopes to hold dressmaking patterns. I find the windows a really easy way of seeing the contents and finding the pattern I'm looking for. The quality is great and I've been ordering these for several years. The envelopes hold up well and I haven't had to replace any yet. They are expensive per item, but I think worth the investment as they will last me for years to come.

As a business keeping a tight control on expenditure keeping our inventory low is critical for us, this of course creates challenges when large orders hit meaning a quick resupply of, (in this case), envelopes to go with our card stock. Turnaround was an amazing 2 working days from order to receipt, (not requesting a fast or courier service). This is the kind of service which ensures repeat business.

My heart sank when I saw who was delivering my order. We've has so many opened packages or badly bashed ones from them and I needed the long cello bags not to be bent. The cello bags arrived late yesterday afternoon. I can't thank you enough for taking such care to make sure the envelopes arrived as they should. I do wish every company would pack them so well. They arrived in perfect condition. I can highly recommend you and won't hesitate to buy from you again.

You seriously need to fix your website.. The forgotten password does not work at all. I have tried this on multiple times on multiple occasions, no email recovery even gets sent to reset it, not even in the junk folder. I messaged you directly about it |(04.04.26) @ 'customercare' but this was ignored. Luckily an old laptop of mine still had my login saved to it. If I get locked out again I will order elsewhere going forward, there's plenty of comparable competitors out there , I won't even try to reset my password again. When clicking on previously dispatched orders, to then reorder, it would help greatly if they had a link in the details to take you to the product, it would certainly take any error out of searching for it again.

I have been so impressed with Envelopes Ltd. Not only did they have some unusually sized cello bags that I had struggled to find elsewhere, but they were very helpful when one of the sizes was out of stock - restocking and notification were within days and my order was dispatched immediately. Excellent packaging too. No minimum order which was very helpful to me. An excellent service, I highly recommend them!

Delivery was quick and everything was well packaged, as always! The reason Ive not rated 5 star is that in the middle of one particular bundle of 152 x 216 envelopes, I found at least 10 that were torn, along with a few others that had marks on them, making them unusable for what I require them for. I only noticed this because I checked through the bundle to make sure the flap orientation was correct. If I hadn’t done that before printing, it would have cost me extra time and money to redo them. Thankfully, I had ordered extra envelopes of this size in case I made mistakes, so I was able to continue. The attached photos show the tears and marks (highlighted), as well as the bundle showing the damaged envelopes I pulled out from this particular batch. I just hope I don’t find similar issues with the rest of the order, as I don’t currently have time to check every envelope individually. Overall, I’m disappointed with the quality. Also feel despite the 152 x 216 envelopes being purchased as 130gsm – they seem somewhat lighter in weight – I have 120gsm white ( 95 x 122) envelopes here from a previous order & they are definitely heavier weight.

Speed of service was great. Even after sending out in error the incorrect order which can happen in any business from time to time the revised order was here within 24 hours so I trust this company and would certainly use again!

Excellent website with easy navigation and filters making it super easy to find what you're looking for. Clear ordering process with notifications for all stages from order notification to sending the sales invoice. Very fast postage. There is an extensive choice envelopes and card types , which I use for my business . I wouldn't shop anywhere else.

Great range of sizes. Allowed me to find a size that allowed me to fit my trifold wedding invitations inside to protect the wax seal and inserts during transit, whilst looking like they were made for the job not just shoved into a bigger envelope. Arrived very quickly too and a great price. Well done! Will recommend

The execution of the order was immaculate. I did get the impression that you overdid the amount of documentation. I think all the Emails you sent me could be reduced and the process simplified. But the important thing is that everything in the ordering and delivering process went like clockwork.

Speedy delivery. Delivered in excellent condition due to brilliant packaging. I can order what I need not a bulk number which is too much for me and the choice of size is excellent.

The next day delivery :) I help to run a local Seed Swap here in Southampton & had just run out of envelopes... now i can continue to split larger packets into smaller ones- making it possible for more people to take seeds away at our next mini-swap on Sat 4th April

I don’t really think you could do anything much better. I haven’t ordered for awhile and when I tried to log into my account, I had some difficulties but I called and spoke to Anna who was very polite and knowledgeable about the products and she guided me through to find out what the problem was and I made another order albeit small but I am a freelance illustrator so will probably only order up to about 100 units. In the world’s current climate it’s very reassuring to have such good customer relations and I will be ordering again soon. Next day delivery was impressive toKeep up the good work.

Used several times now as they have such a vast array to choose from & if they don’t have a particular one in stock the lady in the phone always has alternatives to choose from and recommendations. As usual I always buy spares in the standard sizes, they always come in or people on the cadge. Delivered next day by DPD which haven’t got a great track record at our mill as there’s 45 units & we on third floor & still can’t find us after years. It was left in another stairwell albeit a way away but at least on site. But service great as usual.

I would highly recommend as I was very impressed with my first order. It was very simple and straight forward to set up a trade account. My order was despatched and delivered so quickly. Good quality products. I would use this company again for future orders. Excellent service
