Bought a total of five C32 torches for myself and colleagues (emergency workers). They are comparable to much more expensive torches with having the same lumens, plus a few more features than the expensive one do not. They seem well made. Had a part missing from one of the torches and a replacement was sent out immediately 👍.

StraIghtforward and dependable

Website was straightforward and easy to navigate. The order arrived in good time and condition, my only suggestion for improvement would be that I was unable to access any tracking or update, perhaps a link in the order conformation email might be a good idea (if there is one already it wasn’t obvious/ didn’t work).

My order was shipped the day after and delivered promptly. I made an incorrect choice of battery so I reordered & returned the incorrect batteries.The reordered batteries arrived promptly as did a full refund for the returned batteries. Thank you Carole who dealt with my telephone calls.

Very fast service. Good batteries.

Very fast service. Quality batteries. I have used GP batteries for years and know them to be a quality product. I needed a particular size, and had been using a well-known Japanese brand, which let me down. I found that GP has the size I need and was back in business the next day.

Their batteries give reliable performance in radiator thermostat valves and last a decent amount of time avoiding having loss of functionality of the radiator valves etc. I used GP again because they were the batteries that came supplied with the valves.

Very good customer service.

Order was delayed due to bank holiday. Company had despatched the order. They were very helpful when the delay was advised to them. Very good customer service. Product was as described, and correct for my blind motor.

Thought it was expensive for what it is would I buy again I’m not sure especially as most items out of stock which don’t help and made me purchase a different brand which recharge different sizes of batteries.
