The TeraBlœm comes with natural wooden surfaces designed for individual treatment with varnish or paint, depending on personal preference. When purchasing new, every TROBOLO comes as well with a manual that includes assembly instructions. We would’ve loved to support you directly, as we’re always happy to help with any questions along the way. As for the spare liquids container, we completely understand your point and will gladly pass your suggestion on to our product team. Unfortunately we don't sell it separately to the UK at the moment due to logistical restrictions. Still we hope that this might change in the future.
