I bought a premium jacuzzi and they called me saying it was not in stock eventhough I could purchase it online. I had to change my order or wait for the restock. I really wanted that design so I waited almost two months for it...

I rate it three stars: one star for the product itself, which is the corner jacuzzi called Milos. It does look exactly like on the pictures. A second star for the installation which was easier than we imagined, so good on that part too. And the third star for the courier who called us and allowed us to choose the delivery date.
Now, the delivery did take longer, as other reviews mentioned as well... and don't ask me why but it came with an european plug which we had to remove.

Customise your hot tub
I highly recommend their custom made hot tub. We got the model Flora with the salt water adaptation and some extra lights. Contact them directly to get more information as they offer way more adaptations than listed on their website.

Second purchase for now...
After purchasing the hot tub cascade last year for my husband and I, I ended up buying the model Enchant for one person for my mum for Christmas. She was so excited to get to enjoy the same experience at her place! I'm very happy with both of our hot tubs.

Jacuzzi Bathtub
Just received my order and wanted to leave a quick review. We purchased the whirlpool bath called Delos, without the heater. Our plumber checked all the functions already and everything works perfectly fine. The only thing I'm not rating it five stars is because it is quite loud when you turn everything on at the same time.

Hot Tub Elysium
I'm in love with the hot tub. This exceeded my expectations. It's better than any hot tub I've tried.

Coln St. Dennis
I particularly liked how easy everything was. I don't think that there is anything you could do better.

Jacuzzi bath Hidra
The headrests came in black although I'm pretty sure I ordered them white

Black freestanding bath
Very nice finish. The black acrylic shines exactly as I thought it would. It is very good quality.

Delos jacuzzi
You need to improve the shipping times, and it would be great if the carrier could come with someone else to bring the tub inside. The tub itself has the most jets I've ever seen. I already had one and was looking to replace it and I have to admit that this one is has way more jets. I will update you once I get it installed.

Round shaped whirlpool spa
I’m very happy with the spa overall. The quality is great, it looks amazing with the lights and jets, and the price was excellent, especially with free shipping included. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected (about 10 days), but the product itself fully meets my expectations. I would recommend it.

No taps were included
I bought the freestanding bathtub in black called Oxia. It looks incredible and fits our bathroom design perfectly. I give it four stars because the taps were not included and you have to purchase them seperately.

Great assistance! I even got an additional discount on our order. The shipping was two weeks. I read some comments that it took way longer... so I thought it would be a month or so, but it took a week and a half actually.

Beautiful design and great deal
I was looking for a black bathtub and I got lucky! I even got it with an additional discount and free shipping.
I ordered this one: https://www.webofhydromassage.co.uk/freestanding-baths/anafe-black-freestanding-modern-bath.html
It has a beautiful timeless design and just looks fantastic!

Jacuzzi bath for holiday inn
We purchased one Hidra to see if it would meet our expectations first, and it surpassed all of them. We ended up buying two more for our holiday inn. The shipping does take longer than stated. But it gave us time to condition the bathrooms anyway.

Very good purchase
I didn't expect such a high quality, I'm very impressed. My sister will get herself the same jacuzzi bath but without the glass front which we got. The jets are definitely the outstanding feature. I highly recommend the brand!
