Customers consistently highlight the fast and prompt delivery, the high quality and authenticity of products, and the wide and unique selection of toys and collectibles as standout positives. Packaging is generally praised for being careful and secure, and customer service is often described as excellent and responsive. Additionally, customers appreciate the competitive and fair pricing offered by the shop.
Some areas for improvement include occasional delivery delays or lack of shipping updates, reports of damaged or inadequately protected packaging, and a few instances of poor communication or unhelpful responses from customer service. A number of customers also note that shipping costs can be high for certain regions.

Always authentic, great service
Always authentic, quick dispatch and delivery. Love the loyalty points scheme. I just wished delivery was cheaper for the UK (currently at £11 for orders below £100)
