The friendly, competent, and helpful customer service is widely appreciated, as are the knowledgeable and passionate staff who provide valuable advice both in-store and online. Product setup is often careful, and packaging is secure. Returns and issue resolution are generally handled efficiently and courteously, with most customers experiencing prompt refunds or exchanges. Some customers have reported occasional delivery delays, often due to external courier services. There are also a handful of comments about difficulty reaching staff or unresolved customer service issues. Bought a guitar, was shipped and delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the instrument was not as I had imagined. So it went back, which was also no problem. When I order something again, I will look for more information (YouTube) beforehand to prevent it from having to be returned, which creates unnecessary work for me and session. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Everything arrived as ordered - please optimize the logistics
Everything arrived as it was ordered.
Just a little tip.
I ordered three products (2 small trumpet mutes, 1 valve oil bottle). They arrived separately in three packages within two days to my same address. Surely, one package would have been enough. Now I have three packages that I have to chuck into the paper bin.
Maybe something can be improved there.

Shipping top, great pedal
Shipping top, the Tonecity Golden Plexi v3 pedal fits very well in my signal chain to the BS St. James 50W 6L6 through the clean channel, pedal gain at +/-10 o'clock. I have an EQ pedal before, very responsive (when doing hammer on) with slightly emphasized deep lows and higher mids. Very fine. Thank you very much.

Great item
Easy to play, also because it's well adjusted. What the instrument offers is, from my point of view, very astonishing considering the price. The sound is fine, although I only use it as a travel instrument or "on the sofa." Being able to connect my mobile via Bluetooth is important to me as well. Overall, great item. I would buy it again.

Fast delivery, great service. Perfect.
The ordering process was easy and the ordered guitar also arrived within 3 days. Unfortunately, I didn't "connect" with the delivered guitar. The guitar was fine on its own (Cort Sol Enchant), but it lacked that certain something, as they say. It didn't spark between us. It was too nice to sit around, so after two weeks I decided to return it. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the return, so I had to contact customer service, and I must say, they helped me excellently and very courteously. Next time I will definitely buy from Session again. Prompt delivery, very good service, and pleasant contact. What more could you want?

Mega good and I am happy
Boss RV-6....Unfortunately again a decent amount of money going into the hobby, but it is a hobby.\nI am more than happy. What a strong pedal, incredibly fun.\n\nAnd of course bought at Session :-) Ordered....waited...and enjoyed. That's how it should be.\nPositive: Very good packaging, with strapping band around the package. Thank you :-) That way it arrives safely.

PRS Swamp Ash Special
Very good, friendly and prompt customer service.
After the ordered guitar was lost for more than a week in the DHL distribution center, session / custom reserve took care of it excellently. 4 days later, the instrument finally arrived.
The exchange with the specialist department regarding the desired strings was also exemplary.
Overall (despite the issue with DHL), everything was top-notch.

1st experience with Session very positive.
- Contacts (email exchanges) easy with Customer Service => very responsive and courteous service.
- Description of the item (Yamaha BB734) on the online sales site consistent with reality.
- Fast delivery, good tracking of the shipment, well-packaged item.
(At this stage, and I hope it won't happen, I can't evaluate Session's after-sales service)

Impressed... Top guitar for relatively little money
The Tele wouldn't leave my mind and I had to buy it. The piece arrived perfectly set up and I could start right away. Great sound, lots of settings, and visually a real eye-catcher.
The Tele is definitely staying with me and it looks great among my USA Fender and Gibson guitars.
I can only recommend it...

Pleasant Discovery
I was pleased that 'Session music' also has items that are hard to find elsewhere. My order was processed smoothly, and the merchandise arrived quickly and securely packaged. During a phone call - as I was still a bit unsure about the order process - the staff was very friendly and gave me the comforting feeling of being well taken care of and well advised if needed.
Conclusion: Definitely again! I will keep an eye on your offers. (Newsletter)

Hey, I only ordered a couple of patch cables for my pedalboard- and was asked to leave a review…
So the cables do what they are supposed to, they arrived quickly and the order was uncomplicated.
I really like your store in Frankfurt and wish I could spend more time there.
So thank you very much and keep it up!

All-round a perfectly checked and sonorous musical instrument by session
Package: in comparison to Thomann, much more manageable external packaging of the OVP. When unpacking, the difference is also visible: you can see that someone has checked the guitar because a test protocol is included (Thomann never checked my orders there before! That's why all were returned). The guitar was very playable, however, the string action could have been set lower, but that was quickly adjusted. The guitar was perfect in the body and top, no flaws; that was the reason I chose Duke Guitars. German final control at Duke and session.

Thank you very much for your detailed feedback! We are very pleased that you highlight the careful inspection and condition of your guitar so positively. Especially with instruments, it is important to us that they are not simply packaged and sent, but are checked and adjusted in advance to provide our customers with the most perfect playing experience possible.\nIt's great to hear that the guitar arrived in very good condition and only required a minor adjustment to suit your personal preferences.\nWe wish you much enjoyment with your new instrument and sincerely thank you for your feedback!\n\nManolya Basyurt\nHead of Customer Service\n\n

Practical Little Helper
Quick delivery; product and packaging in perfect condition.
I was always skeptical of clip tuners, but this one works quite well. With some of my basses, it can occasionally confuse the E and A strings, but on a second or third try, it usually manages to recognize them. It might have something to do with the bass's vibration behavior.

The instrument is super adjusted...
The instrument arrived super adjusted and the shipping went pretty well. However, I was a bit unsure after an employee told me that due to shipping by mail, the guitar adjustment, which is done on site, becomes more or less pointless, while another employee assured me the day before that it doesn't make any difference whether you order or buy on site... unified statements would be helpful here! Otherwise, top!

First search, then buy!
Besides the big "T", there are also other good providers. It’s something to keep in mind and take a moment to search before buying: Thanks to a manufacturer's discount promotion, I was able to purchase my new "Gretsch" guitar with a 10% discount! Delivery was quick and transparent. The goods were professionally packaged. Everything was done right.

Everything went well, shipping took a bit longer
True top, shipping will be a bit long. That can certainly be faster. Otherwise, everything went well. Maybe through this way, your homepage is simply just really really bad. Your competition can do it 1000 times better. It just isn’t fun to buy some guitars from you, and so on. Barely any information and way too long stories about the guitar manufacturer, which everyone already knows. Do that better!

Fast delivery.
...hi, during a visit to your store, I was able to test this Sonor snare drum. Now I have ordered it and received it quickly from you. However, I am not satisfied with the drumhead. It seems to have been mounted crooked during the initial assembly. For a snare drum in this price range, I would like a new head that can be evenly tensioned.

Online order of 2 small products
The order was split into two shipments. This was not initially apparent from the order confirmation. The ordering process itself was flawless, and the two products were delivered as expected.
