I couldn't get hold of a particular 2026 Ibanez Prestige model in the UK due to constant stock issues with all major retailers. Seen these guys had one in stock and they had it shipped out to me in a week. I genuinely think Im the only dude in the UK with this guitar. It arrived prestine and I couldnt be happier. My only gripe was UPS being the mail service. There where multiple delays due to their incompetence. And a few phone calls had to be made.

Great Service, The only issue I had was with the product, the support arms holding the amp, Fender Bassbreaker 30R. Are not long enough, the amp would tip off. I rectified this by making longer arms with same dimension box section. Would be helpful if you gave dimensions on the website. I am happy with the stand now I have modified it.

I would have given five stars, But the fretboard has what looks like a scorch mark on one of the frets, I guess it came from the factory like that so I don't want to be negative about Musik Produktiv who in fairness delivered it quickly and there were no hidden costs, it was also packed well.The guitar is really very nice and seems well made, It sounds great! So it is a bit of a shame about the blemish.
