This was my first time ordering an item of this size and value from mainland Europe, so I was a little nervous, but the price, including import fees was considerably less than any UK option, bar one, who's sale support were woefully bad. Emails of progress were sent at each step and my only real concerns were that I would have felt more at ease if a step by step timeline was not supplied in advance as it seemed to take a while for the item to commence its journey to me. Shipping was handled by UPS, who's App and website to a new user is rather sub-standard, making it challenging to add delivery instructions. However, the item was delivered on schedule and without any major issues. Overall, I was happy with this purchase and with the service supplied by MusikProduktiv and will certainly consider purchasing from them again in the future.

A little slow on delivery as it seemed to get stuck in German customs. Sort from that fine. Good price too
