Great Aspect brand glasses
Great glasses, very durable and lightweight. Mister Spex Aspect brand is very good quality. It’s the fifth time I have had this frame style as my prescription has changed.
To improve….. I would like better loyalty programs or offers of “two for one “ on sunglasses or tints to bring parity with other companies

A few annoyances
Had to pay £9.95 to order try-at-home frames (unless I placed an order after trying them) whereas most places offer this for free.
Also they put a hold on my card for the 5 frames (around £500) whereas most places take card details and will charge if you don't return them but don't hold the funds in the meantime. It was annoying to have a significant amount of money held back for so long.
Took a surprisingly long time to arrive but frames were fine and return was logged quite quickly.

To make this convenient and newly introduced service from Mister Spex available to our customers, our goal is to ensure constant and flexible access to our full range of models.
This results in significant logistical and warehousing demands. In order to partially cover the associated costs, we’ve introduced a small service fee.
Additionally, part of this fee also reflects the cost of the service you’ve chosen to use.
If you decide to purchase a pair of glasses from your try-at-home selection, this service fee is automatically deducted from the final price.
As for the temporary hold on your payment method: this is a standard authorization process used to ensure that the items are returned, but we understand that having a large amount held for a period of time can be frustrating. We truly appreciate your patience and your honest feedback on this point — it helps us continuously improve the customer experience.

Almost every time I place an order I get a message to say that my order has been delayed. So much so I order well in advance now. Then I get these messages asking for a rating before I receive the goods. You did ask!
