I spoke to a member of the team as I had a query on my order, she had fantastic English and although she couldn’t help straight away as she needed to speak to someone she called me back within 20mins and everything was sorted.

This was the first time that I've ever purchased anything from Artoyz, and based on my experience, it certainly won't be the last. I purchased two vinyl figures from the Astro Boy / Osamu Tezuka range. They looked great on the website and I thought that they were very reasonably priced compared to what I've seen from other sellers. The cost of the international shipping was very affordable, and it was helpful that it included tracking as standard. The parcel did arrive a few days after the expected delivery date, but the figures inside did arrive safely and in good condition. Regardless of the slight delay, I'm extremely impressed with the high quality of the figures, and the great level of service from Artoyz. They both look great in my office and I'm looking forward to the day when I can add a few more to the collection...

I was skeptical because Artoyz's price for the figure I wanted was really good compared to ebay listings. But artoyz is a long established shop so I put my trust on that. Sure enough I got exactly what i wanted, authentic, from artoyz in france. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
