I spoke to a member of the team as I had a query on my order, she had fantastic English and although she couldn’t help straight away as she needed to speak to someone she called me back within 20mins and everything was sorted.

This was the first time that I've ever purchased anything from Artoyz, and based on my experience, it certainly won't be the last. I purchased two vinyl figures from the Astro Boy / Osamu Tezuka range. They looked great on the website and I thought that they were very reasonably priced compared to what I've seen from other sellers. The cost of the international shipping was very affordable, and it was helpful that it included tracking as standard. The parcel did arrive a few days after the expected delivery date, but the figures inside did arrive safely and in good condition. Regardless of the slight delay, I'm extremely impressed with the high quality of the figures, and the great level of service from Artoyz. They both look great in my office and I'm looking forward to the day when I can add a few more to the collection...

Good experience - ordered a super7 figure and was kept up to date with tracking info. Item arrived quickly and well packaged.

Great Bearbrick Apollo 17 Astronaut 400% + 100%, my son is going to love this for his 1st Brick bear. Thanks Artoyz for an amazing price and good fast delivery.

Fantastic selection of toys at a great price...first class service from start to finish

I was skeptical because Artoyz's price for the figure I wanted was really good compared to ebay listings. But artoyz is a long established shop so I put my trust on that. Sure enough I got exactly what i wanted, authentic, from artoyz in france. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was great thank you

I love the stuff that they have in their store. Some great bargains too.

Great selection. I’ve ordered from them before and continue to be satisfied with everything. They provide super fast shipping to the US at a decent price and since the tariffs aren’t happening, it’s totally worth it.

J'ai commandé un livre difficilement trouvable à un prix défiant toute concurrence. Au début j'y croyais pas trop, mais je viens de le recevoir, très bien emballé et en parfait état. Je recommande !

Perfect buying experiance as always. The Bearbrick was sent in elite level packaging and double boxed. I could not be more happy with the level of the service they provide and the shipping to the UK is extremely speedy. Thank you so much
