Buenas tardes!. Me gustó la rapidez con la que se realizaron las gestiones del pedido y del envío (Royal Mail); han sido realmente eficientes; lo que no me ha gustado es que el cable ha llegado embalado en una caja de cartón y envuelto en un plástico; se ha incluido en la caja una pequeña esponja. Este cable lo he visto embalado en la propia caja de la marca (Audioquest) de 2,5 m en el que se detallan las características y especificaciones y además trae una pequeña herramienta (llave) para apretar o aflojar las conexiones; no venía la llave ni tampoco embalado en su caja; esto realmente no me ha gustado. Añadir por último que el cable es excelente.

Future Shop contacted me after checking out the cable length that I had ordered were out of stock. They offered to custom make the cable immediately to the spec. if I don't want to wait for the replenishment from the manufacturer. The cables I received are well made and performed superbly. They also provide cable burn-in service without additional charge.

Future shops had the right goods for a good price. But delivery via Royal Mail was atrocious. A tracking process that did not track. The goods seemingly stuck for days in the initial depot, with no meaningful updates. Future shop were very helpful in this. But perhaps they could switch delivery services say to parcel force?

Quantum Science Yellow fuses arrived promptly after burn in. The difference was immediately audible, first via Cyrus CDT XR, then including Cyrus i9 XR. More detail was disclosed but music remained warm and emotional, dynamics powerful, just better all round. I might slow down my quest for the Cyrus PSU XR now🤣👍

I was looking to buy very high quality HDMI cables. The brands on offer are very wide ranging, so I decided to seek advice via a telephone call. The information I received was impartial and very useful in narrowing down brands to consider purchasing. Having placed an order dispatch was the same day.
