The beanbag, once assembled, is very comfortable. However, as other reviewers have experienced, it is not clear from the website that you are required to fill it yourself (and similar to another reviewer, I did not have a second person available to help which made the task pretty hard). The filling gets everywhere and is a nightmare to clear up. This is not helped by the fact the box it comes in has holes and some of the filling will inevitably come out the bottom no matter how careful you are. Again, similar to other reviewers, insufficient filling was provided - I bought 2x beanbags and 1x footstool/pouffe and ended up using the filling meant for the pouffe to fill one of the beanbags so that it was sufficiently full / sturdy. I don't see why they can't ship the beanbag ready-made so assume it's a cost-cutting measure at the company's end. If you're willing to spend an hour and a half bent over with a dustpan and brush chasing tiny filling balls round the floor then the final product is good (provided you overfill with stuffing meant for e.g. a pouffe which you then won't be able to use). Otherwise I would recommend finding an alternative supplier who will ship ready-made!

Ordered a footstool and was quite surprised when it didn't arrive already assembled. If I had read the reviews fully beforehand I would have seen there was a common theme of people missing this info at the very bottom of the Features section, and also that there wasn't enough filling provided. I didn't bother opening the packages within as I knew it would be a nightmare, so I can't comment on the quality. I also had to chase for the refund which took nearly 3 weeks to go back to my account.

Product arrived with some damage to the packaging. Contacted customer service and was promptly sent more filling beads to replace some that were lost as a result.

The service was good and the product was really nice and just what we wanted. I’ve dropped a star as I would have preferred the chair to have arrived completed and for us no to have to put the polystyrene beads in ourselves. It wasn’t as difficult as anticipated but would have saved on a huge plastic bag.

Excellent quality fabric used for the beanbag & the price was very fair too. Delivery was also super quick More polyester beads were required to complete the look of the bag and after emailing BigBertha more arrived within within a day or two. To me that deserves the five star review.

It would be so much better if the beanbag came ready stuffed. Doing it at home is such a faff and so many of the styrofoam beans spill out and it’s messy. I would prefer to buy from somewhere where it’s ready-stuffed professionally, so wouldn’t buy from here again or recommend.

Easy to order, arrives on time would have been 5 stars if they could package the replacement beans in a bag that doesn’t result in a high portion of the beans ending up all over the floor. Very difficult to fill. Once it’s done a great product

The bean bag and filler arrived very quickly was a decent price too. The only draw back was filling the bean bag from the box it came it but didn't take long. Would highly recommend plus very comfortable to sit in!

Very quick delivery and great toddler beanie sofa for my daughter. Only thing is I wish the filling came inside the sofa rather than having to do it myself, which was quite messy with a newborn I tow.

I love my Cloud Sac memory foam footstool. It was quick delivery & I was kept informed throughout. I had an issue with the filling which was rectified immediately & received more filling, thank you

Lovely wee sofa but would be 5 stars if it had a liner so cover can be washed. Also brilliant if we didn't have to fill it when it arrived..it was easy to fill but still quite a lot of wastage.

Great stuff! Delivered quickly, easy to fill. Very well made with a strong inner lining - no escaping beans! Lovely colour. Very happy.

Polystyrene balls were loose outside packaging bag and in the box. Messy getting them in the item.
