The item arrived a day late but nothing to do with Bresser, it was due to DHL, the delivery company which sent me an email stating it would arrive between 08.44 and 09.44. Waited in all day and late in the evening got an update from DHL saying the driver could not access my road and according to the map he was a mile away from my address. I then went onto the DHL website to have it delivered to a local parcel collection shop because I was out most of the day but never got a notification it had been delivered anywhere but when I got home it was sitting on my doorstep and because I have CCTV I saw it was delivered at about 9.30 am and I arrived home at 2.30 pm. Lucky it wasn't stolen.
I'm afraid the filter arrived with an internal flaw and will have to/ be returned.
While intial communication was good, I received no notice of dispatch, therefore no tracking number and no ability to arange click and collect - hence it was left on my doorstep from where anyone could have stolen it.

Slow to post and item badly packed, simply in a plastic bag inside a DHL plastic bag with no protection whatsoever.

Communication about my order was great and delivery was prompt.
The order was delivered with address labels attached to the retail packaging which means the gift recipient, who happened to go to the door for the delivery, could clearly see what was in the boxes so the Christmas surprise was ruined. Especially at this time of year it would be preferable for the boxes to at least be wrapped in brown paper to disguise the contents.

The Bresser 5in1 Comfort Weather Centre arrived within a week of ordering and was beautifully packed. The instruction manual was very informative and the outdoor sensor easy to assemble in an hour with the addition of 3 AA and 3 AAA batteries. The indoor base unit displays the measurements clearly. I am extremely pleased with my purchase replacing a Oregon Scientific station which has lasted 10 years. Thank you.

Bresser - Quality company
Ordered a new weather station for the flat we moved to after selling our narrow boat. Our previous station was slightly damaged by contractors but Bresser applied me with spares, so going by that we decided to buy again
Slight delay between ordering and delivery but no problems setting up the new unit
I like this company very much, quality stuff and good service, what's not to like?

The speed of the delivery was excellent. Communication on order status was reassuring and the price coming direct was very good as after conducting a Web search of thier item, they were on average £20 cheaper than other suppliers so paid to go direct. I was also happy with delivery cost for quite a large heavy item. All in all would buy from them again, no hesitation.

Excellent weather station
I've just purchased an excellent electronic wireless weather station which is providing considerable interest for me and my family, including our grandchildren.
The wireless unit is very clear, easy to set up and appears reasonably accurate for domestic use. The cost was reasonable.
I had not purchased from Bresser previously but would recommend this company.

I bought a solar filter to replace the one I lost, however the one I received was the wrong size. This was my fault as I chose the wrong one.
It would be good if solar filters you sell specified the Bresser telescopes suitable for or alternatively on the telescope product page have a link to the corresponding solar filter product.

Great range of scientific equipment for all ages
As an ex-lecturer in Environmental Science I wanted to send a gift to my grandson. I was most impressed by the WalkieTalkie I will shortly be sending him.
Instructions were clear and comprehensive, though in small print - could improve readability for young and old readers.
Prompt delivery to UK address, well packaged.

Worth the wait
Although we were uncertain whether the parcel would turn up before Christmas or at all at first, as Bresser had not provided any tracking details or even proper shipment method information upon placing the order, their customer support was very helpful and the product arrived a day before it was expected.

Poor packaging let the product down. Pleased with Junior Microscope but it was poorly packed inside the box, and the inappropriate plastic bag that was used for the delivery meant the box was slightly dented in several places and the items inside the box were loose.

Bresser had a great deal on a weather station. I was kept informed on its despatch and delivery which was very quick and the parcel very well packed. I've yet to use it as its a Xmas present for my dad's radio shack. It all looks ok and I'm excited to see it set up.

The bins are great.
The bins are great and arrived within delivery period. Only one glitch: I have been trying for two days to register the product the Bresser Premium Guarantee, but the website keeps saying it’s undergoing maintenance.

Excellent product. Easy to set up. Information needed on battery life using alkaline, so replacement and maintenance made easy. Very fast delivery. Will purchase again. Perhaps a range of spares, if needed?
