UK Leather Jackets are a great company. Customer service is second to none, they are happy to help with measurements and offer advice. They have full knowledge of their stock and good communication with their warehouse staff. The quality of the leather waistcoat was phenomenal. My dad was so pleased. The leather is excellent quality and lovely and soft. I tried other sellers before stumbling across UK Leather Jackets, and all got sent back. I know who to use now without a doubt.

I was dubious about buying on line with out trying on, after a conversation with a lady member of staff who was very knowledgeable and made sure that I gave her the right measurements she advised me what size I should order, the jacket came very quickly and fitted perfectly, I would definitely recommend using the company to other people.

I had a call after placing my order to check the size I ordered. When the waistcoat arrived I was delighted with the quality and fit and had a call to make sure I was satisfied with it . Very satisfied.

Then this got followed by an email advising on how to deal with the item when delivered from how to open the box so that to avoid any damage to it right through to how to hang it. Quite remarkable and impressive. The word should be spread about this quite exceptional company.

Sorry that I was only able to give 5 stars because they go well beyond that! I am now a pensioner who has spent most of most of my life in commerce and have always known that it does not matter what the price, it is quality and service that keeps bringing customers back and I have truthfully never had better service anywhere! On top of that I am extremely pleased with the leather jacket I bought which proved to be better than I could have hoped for. Don't waste yuor time looking elsewhere!.

Really delighted with the leather jacket I ordered for my husband’s birthday. I was overwhelmed by the standard of customer care I received this included text messages, email correspondence and a follow up telephone call to ensure the size and fit would be right. I found UK Leather Jackets after a Google Search, I liked what I saw and the reviews were great. I found a jacket that I really liked and ordered it, I then received an email asking me to confirm various measurements which was very reassuring, which I duly did. The next day I received a phone call from a lady at UK Leather Jackets who wanted to discuss my order in detail to make sure that everything was in order. On the day the order was to be sent out the lady called me again as she had done some checking and wanted to change the size I ordered to a smaller size based on the measurements I had given. To be honest I’ve never experienced this level of service and diligence, UK Leather Jackets were simply amazing, I simply couldn’t fault them and couldn’t recommend them enough!

Before ordering I called and spoke to a very helpful lady who took my measurements and asked how I wanted the jacket (a leather blazer) to fit then advised on the correct size. The jacket arrived the next day, fits perfectly, looks very chic and seems beautiful quality, at a very reasonable price. In all, the customer experience was excellent and the blazer has exceeded my expectations.

First time buying from here, and I must say the customer service is the best I’ve had from ANY company. Diane takes care in making sure the jacket you choose is the right fit for you and very informative. The bomber jacket I received in nappa leather is superb quality! Really happy with it and UK Leather Jackets will be go to from now on.

At long last an online shop with real people and fantastic service. They helped to make sure I got the right size coat. And the coat is wonderful, really nice, good quality product. Buying clothing online obviously has risks compared with buying from a shop. However, UK Leather Jackets ask for comprehensive measurements that minimise the risk of clothing not fitting. From my point of view there is nothing UK Leather Jackets could do to improve their service.

I had a courtesy phone call to check that the size was correct to avoid sending the wrong size. The company is based in the UK so the jacket arrived quickly. The quality is good. After delivery I was called again to make sure I was happy with it. Very good service.

To be perfectly honest i can't see anyway you can improve your service,the jacket was here 2 days after i ordered it,the customer service was second to none and the help i received from Diane was excellent ,and the jacket is perfect

Very helpful customer experience, I had some issues with my overall size and Diane helped me to get the sizing right, I now have a coat that I am extremely happy with , the quality and the fit are spot on.
