I have been dealing with DrFox for a number of years now and have always had great service. The products are excellent and cannot fault the price point. Just keep doing what you are doing and you will keep me as a customer.

Royal Mail delivery issue...............
Everything was very good except delivery problems. Royal Mail should issue email updates regarding the 24 hour delivery. This is clearly stated in the information issued when the order is placed. However, no emails were issued and the delivery turned up when I was not at home. The delivery was then made a day later after they left a card stating it would be. Royal Mail not doing what they are paid to do.
I'm 66 & suffer with water infections. I can not longer go to a pharmacy for antibiotics & getting a doctors appointment is so frustrating. I find this site a god send. Very affectionate & quick.

Having overcome the problems of an uninformed amendment of a credit card document to a debit card caused substantial confusion, the change caused substantive confusion and delayed s transaction. I now note that properly informed and constructed matters are much simpler and straightforward, and in fact could not be better. May simplicity and straight forwardness be maintained and applied its great!

The excellent fact they hold your previous answers to the medical questionnaire allowing you to re-check and, if necessary, alter should you need to making re-ordering a simple process. The prices are really competitive, dispatch virtually same day.
Ordering your medication is so simple & especially repeat prescriptions, Delivery is fast & efficient too 3-4 days.

I have found the service from Dr Fox particularly good. Orders arrive very quickly, any necessary questionnaires are to the point and reasonably succinct and reordering couldn’t be easier.
Crucially, when they say something is in stock it really is, unlike some others.

After being let down by processing and delivery delays from another company I turned to Dr Fox to fulfill a prescription. Not only was my request accepted and processed within six hours but there is an option to request a speedier delivery. I left a note explaining that I was now in desperate need of the order and customer service almost immediately responded and confirmed they would pop my order in the post next day delivery at no extra cost. So although Dr Fox was not responsible for the situation I was in the company did their very best to ensure I was not without out my prescription medication.
I had previously used Dr Fox at a time where receiving my medication wasn’t such a pressing matter, and had a great experience however this level of positive customer service has really impressed me and I am so grateful to everyone working at Dr Fox for helping me out of a sticky situation.

Excellent Service, Dispatch & Price
I have been using Dr Fox since 2021 and recommended them more highly.
My orders get dispatched the same day (I usually try to order before 1pm to be safe) and I request next day delivery (paid service) if its urgent.
They respond to messages super quick and their service is second to none. I haven't compared prices as I prefer a higher quality service in comparison to price but for me its very cheap compared to walk in pharmacies.
