A love the Micro-Repair Serum texture it really nourishes my skin and although it is not too light it absorbs very quickly. Hifas da Terra products are very good quality in general.

Packaging said "sustainable packaging to protect the world" but inside the cardboard the space was filled with polystyrene nurdles - the most environmentally damaging form of packaging and completely unnecessary to protect the product. Unbelievable! Could have achieved the same thing with screwed-up paper (this is what your competitor Healf uses) but apparently just keen to make the environmental claim with no actual thought or consideration to back it up. [product seems fine tho]

I love the products from Hifas da Terra, giving patients healthy, sustainable options to manage their health, that work. The fact that so much is ploughed back into researched is fantastic. Keep up the good work!

HIFAS da TERRA Time Release Vitamin C. I wanted a time release product and tried this one. It seems to be working well, it’s a tablet which is quite large so when I saw it I was a bit worried about swallowing it. However, no need to worry as it is very well shaped, well rounded at each end and has a coating which helps it to go down smoothly. I will buy it again.

I was introduced to HdT by my family doctor quite a few years ago. So I was familiar with the brand, the ethos, the quality and the research based approach, which for me is indispensable. I now come back to HdT to see if the products can be as helpful now that I am an older woman approaching peri-menopause, with some health changes and struggles I am trying to rectify; I am also considering using micotherapy in more regular basis going forward. It's early days to review the Mico-Five I am currently on, It's only been a week. But HdT I trust wholeheartedly, and I think we are lucky to have these level of quality products available in Europe (I have only known Japanese labs to work and deliver in the same way). It would be fantastic if the industry could get to a point where making these products more accessible and inclusive (cheaper) is possible. I have had to stop or ration my doses in the past due to financial strains despite finding them incredibly helpful.

You send my mico mamma immediately which is much appreciated. You’ve been so helpful when I had a leaky bottle. You were very kind in sending me a free lip balm when I ordered something that had gone out of stock although you haven’t sent me that yet 😂 my only issue is the capsules don’t last as long as the liquid so I end up not taking those for a few days or so until I’m ready to start my new bottle
