I was unimpressed by the explanation I was given “ You might notice that we are discontinuing Mico-Men and Mico-Pne. This is because we want to simplify and streamline our product ranges. The product is very expensive, laden with ingredients and lavishly presented. Mico-Mama will be renamed soon, so it is gender neutral. Mico-Mama is the product you can switch patients previously taking Mico-Men for prostate and testicular cancer to from now on. Mico-Mama is suitable for all hormone-related cancers in both women and men.". Mico Mama is specifically described as being for “ Supportive care for patients with breast and gynaecological cancer (cervix, ovary, uterus, vagina and vulva)”. Mico men on the other hand was described as “ Supportive care for the prostate cancer patient”. If they are one and the same why were they ever marketed separately? It undermines confidence in the plethora of supporting medical references.

This is an excellent company with high quality natural products. Their customer service is very good indeed. They have always answered my queries efficiently and knowledgeably. They’ve been very helpful.

Sought advice on ordering, a reply by return. Instructions provided were clear, delivery arrived within a few days. Just started Microbiota product, unable to comment at this early stage.

A love the Micro-Repair Serum texture it really nourishes my skin and although it is not too light it absorbs very quickly. Hifas da Terra products are very good quality in general.

Packaging said "sustainable packaging to protect the world" but inside the cardboard the space was filled with polystyrene nurdles - the most environmentally damaging form of packaging and completely unnecessary to protect the product. Unbelievable! Could have achieved the same thing with screwed-up paper (this is what your competitor Healf uses) but apparently just keen to make the environmental claim with no actual thought or consideration to back it up. [product seems fine tho]

N need to improve anything...beautifully wrapped and promptly delivered..AND what I ordered!!

HIFAS da TERRA Time Release Vitamin C. I wanted a time release product and tried this one. It seems to be working well, it’s a tablet which is quite large so when I saw it I was a bit worried about swallowing it. However, no need to worry as it is very well shaped, well rounded at each end and has a coating which helps it to go down smoothly. I will buy it again.
