Customer service, found was very slow to reply to emails or didn't get a reply.

i wish there was a more comprehensive way to search magic the gathering cards
ie search by colour, creature type, card type.
maybe the same way you filter your collection on magic online

I've used Bigorbitcards.co.uk though my days of playing mtg and now Pokemon. I have never had a late order or any mistakes, all the cards have come in near mint condition. This is by far by favourite online tcg store, the only down side is they can be out of stock on some items, but show me a web store that isn't.

I don't usually bother rating stores/sites, but my first order consisting of 70+ Heroclix singles was placed very late Sunday night using standard delivery and turned up Tuesday morning. Absolutely fantastic prices and amazingly fast order turn around. I highly recommend them.

I have always received my cards very quickly due to the excellent delivery/dispatch time. The cards are well packaged and always in mint condition. The cards I have purchased recently and in the past have always been in stock and I have been contacted very quickly when a card is in stock that I have not been able to get. A great company that I have recommended to all my TCG/CCG friends to use.

They are good to use when buying cards and they are decent with the prices. The only downside is some of the cards I want to buy are out of stock and are out of stock for quite some time. Otherwise, I would recommend them.

I've ordered from Big Orbit several times now. I live in USA, but I never wait long to get my order. When I have dealt with customer service in the past about a possibly stolen order, they were fast and helpful. Also, it's the only place with fair prices on stuff, even if I am paying in Euros it's still cheaper than buying from people in America. Cheers
