You insist on keep using dpd as a courier despite consistently atrocious service. 3 days late yet again, 3 days sitting in our house, mussed days of work for no attempted delivery.....provable! And...the absolute kicker....the boxes arrive damaged,,, yet again and 3 bottles are smashed again. Im so sick of complaining about tgis and nithing....absolutely nothing changes. I cant run a business like this! Do better flaschenland.

When buying the bottles, the tops normally come with them, they have when I have bought from other companies, you did not state they were sold separately in your adverts, consequently I had to place another order and pay carriage twice
