The bottles are exactly as described, well packed and a perfect size for my Christmas sloe gin gifts.. Unfortunately by instructions for delivery to a safe place were ignored , and the parcel was thrown over the fence landing on a flower bed with no protection from the rain.

You insist on keep using dpd as a courier despite consistently atrocious service. 3 days late yet again, 3 days sitting in our house, mussed days of work for no attempted delivery.....provable! And...the absolute kicker....the boxes arrive damaged,,, yet again and 3 bottles are smashed again. Im so sick of complaining about tgis and nithing....absolutely nothing changes. I cant run a business like this! Do better flaschenland.
