Your shaped bottles are brilliant but when we made our last order we could not buy some of the usual ones. There were no 250ml skulls. elephants or motorbikes. Will you be getting any back in stock?

Bottles good value, packaging poor
Bottles are generally good, and cheap, packaging is not great. I've ordered several times and now assume 10% plus will arrive broken. The wooden stoppers are also not good - wood comes off the rubber stopper, leaving them looking shabby so I've switched to swing tops with fingers crossed they last better.

Great for cheap bottles but some came broken. Lids werent tamper proof and not clear on website that they werent, so had to source more lids elsewhere as you didnt have many options.
Quick delivery would like more choice at lower level pricing for new bottle brands. Will use again.

Let down by their courier partners constantly. Sadly the unreliability of the delivery service has pushed our business to Kilner! Waiting over a month for instock items to be delivered is unacceptable. The high cost of these deliveries paired with the unacceptable amount of breakages caused by poor packing and handling makes it uneconomical to continue to stock their products. Such a shame because the products themselves are fantastic.
