Unfortunately the order we recieved included incorrect items, this is the email we sent the company on the day the order arrived. They have not responded to this email.
I am emailing regarding a package I ordered on the 11th of august, the order number is F26UK2002229B. As you can see in the invoice attached item 5 is supposed to be 6, 850 ml WECK inverted glass jar, opening: round rim but the package has just arrived today and this item is not in it, instead there is 6, 1,050 ml WECK tulip jar #, opening: round rim 1. We also did not receive the 20, Nature label 'cord edge', oval, paper, green-brown | Commodity code: 48211010 which is item 14 in the invoice. This is obviously very inconvenient as we waited over 2 weeks for the parcel which was a gift and it then came with the wrong items. We would be happy to send the incorrect jars back if you can advise us how to do so but we would very much still like the 6 850 ml WECK inverted glass jar and the labels so please let us know how this can be resolved.

Sent glasses bottles to the UK with no protection and no “Fragile” on the box, I’ve asked for the refund and waited for the response for few days and they just sent another email asking about the refund etc..
The product was great, great quality but the service is awful. I wouldn’t recommend or buy anything again unfortunately.

Bottles good value, packaging poor
Bottles are generally good, and cheap, packaging is not great. I've ordered several times and now assume 10% plus will arrive broken. The wooden stoppers are also not good - wood comes off the rubber stopper, leaving them looking shabby so I've switched to swing tops with fingers crossed they last better.

I’ve bought 20 bottles. Out of them 15 bottles came broken and I’ve emailed them several times. I haven’t heard anything back so I’m taking them to small claim. It’s ridiculous.Don’t buy anything from there.

Great for cheap bottles but some came broken. Lids werent tamper proof and not clear on website that they werent, so had to source more lids elsewhere as you didnt have many options.
Quick delivery would like more choice at lower level pricing for new bottle brands. Will use again.
