Ordered two earth rods, these were at a good price and were speedily delivered. However, one of them was missing the screw to connect the earth cable so only 4 stars - I didn't get around to reporting this as family matters took priority and it was a triviality anyway.

Bad experience with this company. I ordered electric fence supplies with delivery in 2-4 business days. Nothing had arrived by 6th business day so I emailed a query. They then sent a standardised email saying they had cancelled the order due to no stock. Why could they not have sent this when I placed the order? Had I not chased would they have contacted me? Inconvenient and disappointing customer service.
