Ordered two earth rods, these were at a good price and were speedily delivered. However, one of them was missing the screw to connect the earth cable so only 4 stars - I didn't get around to reporting this as family matters took priority and it was a triviality anyway.
l received the Cat Watch Ultrasonic Deterrent in good time. Unfortunately l received it from the Post Office in one of their clear plastic bags saying how sorry they were that the parcel was damaged. On inspection l found that it wasn't their fault rather it was the company which had put this expensive plastic cat deterrent in a VERY thin cardboard box which had split open so that the object could have just fallen out, or worse, broken or lost.
l suggest as an improvement you could send out your parcels in substantially stronger cardboard.
Sent out the wrong product and then told the correct product is out of stock.
