I have bought many, many items from Peter Hahn and enjoyed wearing them very much. Much of their stock is above my price range but careful searching through the Sale pages is often rewarding. It's been particularly good of late when an extra 30% was being deducted from the sale price. But now I learn that the firm is no longer to trade in GB and clothingI'm quite devastated by this
Please reimburse my money for a jumper that was not suitable. This is not the first time I have had to ring customer services to ask where the payment is. It has made me feel I do not want to shop with Peter Hahn again. Other companies are far better at refunding customers-you are the worst, by far.

Excellent range of quality European fashion and service to match.
Very sad to learn that company has now stopped trading in the UK ☹️. Please reconsider as all EU labels have disappeared from UK high street.

My number one choice for buying clothes
Fantastic choice of clothes. Efficient service. I have used them many times over the years. Devastated that they have stopped trading in the UK. To whom it may concern- please reconsider!!
Please reconsider including UK , as I’m sure I am not the only customer that is feeling upset by the decision not to deliver here in the future

The shoes I ordered were packed perfectly - pristine tissue paper folded correctly and inserted properly and boxed as they should be. A refreshing change and it made them a delight to receive.
The fact that both pairs I ordered fitted also perfectly also helped.
I would like to hear about the closure of this company and why it is still taking orders. Lovely clothes and am very sad to find it is being closed down.

Since your disastrous IT issues of many months I have held back from ordering, just so much hassle and failed orders and failed system. I started today with hope, IMMEDIATELY the registration I was forced to do failed everywhere, I have been a very busy customer of Peter Hahn for decades, still I need to do this farcical 'registration over and over, nothing 'customer number' on any emailed order conf, NOTHING and as recently as September, NO customer number so delving for paper ones. ALSO you keep promising free P&P but it NEVER comes and nowhere to delete it! COME ON PH, get your act together!! You used to be perfection ...and now what happened?
Peter Hahn has been for me a wonderful shop, and the beautiful clothes which I have bought over the years, have made me feel happy whenever I wear them. The shop sells wonderful and stylish clothes and other things which are well made and a delight to wear. The staff with whom I have spoken, have been courteous, informative, friendly and helpful.I am so sad that, my latest purchases are my last.I have loved being part of the European scene where courtesy and charm seem to make one's life liveable.thank you so much all of you at Peter Hahn, you have been good friends to me and a ray of sunshine through dark and dismal days.

The ordering process is pretty simple and the goods are of high quality. No issue. But exchanging goods for a size up or down is not. You have to return the goods and then reorder, incurring postage.
When you return things, there is no automatic acknowledgement that P Hahn has received them and is processing the refund, which many other retailers do.
Also, I don't see the need for the big boxes used.
You are a good retailer, with great choice, but you need to refine things more to make you great and easier to buy from. Sorry, if this sounds harsh, but it is meant in a constructive way.

Very happy with the quality of the goods and the ordering system your company uses but I have deducted one star because your address labelling system doesn’t print my flat number.
This has meant several parcels have only arrived here because I was friendly with the then postman and he knew which flat I lived in. The last parcel was resent after I contacted Customer Services who informed me that “Royal Mail” had returned the parcel to you.

Delivery is too slow purchases can take up to two weeks or more.
Your on line redeeming code claimed so far never worked I am having to ask by email for refund. Only to be told by rerun email that I was too late and will be refunded if I keep the goods. How by emailing again to inform you that I am keeping the goods? Not a good system.

I loved the variety and quality of garments and accessories. Their clothes were not cheap, but it was worth paying more for the better quality of materials and designs. I shall miss them very much and wish they would resume trading in the UK. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to receive items ordered.
Improve delivery times and communication relating to orders placed especially if there's a delay. an example is an order Ive had since August and whilst instructed it may be out of stock but to pre order if it becomes available have never heard anything.Would be good & helpful to know

Good quality clothes, but my goodness takes approximately two weeks for delivery and if the goods are returned the refund takes for ever!! Certainly put me off buying from them especially when other retailers are much quicker in delivery and refunds.

I ordered some leather trainers but they will not be getting any more but suggested I wait for returns - so=o far no results of returns, but at least they did try to fulfil my order. In my opinion I think they treat customers very fairly.

We no longer have a choice of clothes shops locally so the brochures from Peter Hahn are always very welcome,
The items ordered are always as shown, a shorter delivery period would be most acceptable.

Disappointed that I had to go back to find out about my order 3 weeks on. Email thereafter telling me it would be into January as out of stock. 3 days later the order appeared.

I don’t like apps and online stores that offer you a discount and then move the voucher to your next purchase, knowing there is less chance of actually having to honour it.

Peter Hahn sell a wide range of clothing of good quality. I am happy to recommend this company.
Delivery used to be rather slow but this has improved in recent months.
