Two items were ordered but only one was delivered; one being stated as out of stock’. It is puzzling to understand how an ordering system can accept an order and payment for an item when it is out of stock. Is the item not assigned to the purchaser at the ordering stage? Surely once the last item has been purchased the system should then state out of stock’. This has happened on previous orders!

Took 17 days to get here - a pity they no longer deliver from the UK
Inaccurate length stated in catalogue for one of the items which was longer than expected -
Service and styles very good, though sizing and fabrics not always as good. for example, in larger sizes I find the bust on jackets and blouses is simply not big enough and the garments do not meet together across the chest area. If you are fairly narrow on the shoulders and large in the bust (like me), then this can be a real problem. Also, sleeves at the top are sometimes far too tight.
