Have always loved your jeans so a fan.
Have you changed your sizing? I purchased a size 16 S and was surprised to see how long the trousers were. They are even longer that the 16 R I purchased several years ago.
I would usually give five stars but recently I ordered 3 pairs of jeans. The website said that all were in stock. After some time waiting, I made a call and was told they were waiting for one pair. I hadn’t asked for them to be sent together so asked that the two in stock pairs be sent immediately. I waited another couple of weeks, nothing. I called again. They were still waiting for one pair but the two in stock had still not been sent. I cancelled the whole order. Something seems to be happening, we were unable to track the status of orders online. It will be a while before I order anything again

The ordering process is pretty simple and the goods are of high quality. No issue. But exchanging goods for a size up or down is not. You have to return the goods and then reorder, incurring postage.
When you return things, there is no automatic acknowledgement that P Hahn has received them and is processing the refund, which many other retailers do.
Also, I don't see the need for the big boxes used.
You are a good retailer, with great choice, but you need to refine things more to make you great and easier to buy from. Sorry, if this sounds harsh, but it is meant in a constructive way.

Delivery is too slow purchases can take up to two weeks or more.
Your on line redeeming code claimed so far never worked I am having to ask by email for refund. Only to be told by rerun email that I was too late and will be refunded if I keep the goods. How by emailing again to inform you that I am keeping the goods? Not a good system.

I love many European labels which - unlike many other outlets - Peter Hahn continue to supply. Your service matches the quality of your products and I thank you for jumping the many post-Brexit hurdles.
The only improvement I would like to see is more communication in relation to order/ delivery status to get an idea of ETA.

PETER HAHN has a great selection of clothes and jewellery. I enjoy browsing the website and the catalogues I receive nudge me towards items I might not otherwise see. Their service is second to none. I might describe the company as delightfully proper, polite and helpful. I love their twin-sets and jewellery in particular.
Improve delivery times and communication relating to orders placed especially if there's a delay. an example is an order Ive had since August and whilst instructed it may be out of stock but to pre order if it becomes available have never heard anything.Would be good & helpful to know

Some of the clothes are extremely expensive. Their own are more reasonably priced, well made, amd fashionable. They come beautifully packed amd returns are promptly dealt with. My main gripe is the length of time they take to arrive amd the number of catalogues they send out.
Very slow delivery. Also miss my account details on your website . Need to look at previous orders and outstanding deliveries . Other than that I really do love all your clothes and a very good selection to please all different ages .

Very helpful when talking on the phone but need to be kept informed better by texts especially when order is sent out and how long it will be before the parcel is recived and when parcel is posted back
Great quality and good range of styles available. However, it would be nice if the delivery time could be shortened a bit; but this is in full realisation that goods are shipped from Germany.

Wrong shoe fitting sent.
I ordered two pairs of shoes . I received a pair with wrong fitting. I had to send it back. There is no communication that the second pair of shoes ordered was out of stock.

I don’t like apps and online stores that offer you a discount and then move the voucher to your next purchase, knowing there is less chance of actually having to honour it.
