Delivered on time, but packing could have done with a bit more TLC, burst under pressure but product still 100% intact, looking forward to use.

From ordering my hot tub to the point of delivery was excellent. I could keep track of my parcel and knew when it was going to arrive. I am very pleased with the product, excellent value for money. Thank you Arebos.

The filter is excellent, with no defects. But the delivery system is terrible, I almost canceled it because I didn't have any date of when I would receive the product.

Ordered pump and paid for it , have had to chase as not received it or heard anything back, when chased advised it was out of stock - despite company taking my money! - now still awaiting refund ! Will think carefully about reorder

I was pleasantly surprised by both the price and the quality of the loaves we have made with this bread maker. My only complaint would be the difficulty we experienced in inserting the pan fully into the machine after loading it with the ingredients. It needed a careful aligning of the two paddles to fit between the driver clips beforehand.

Pool pump was just what I needed and easy to assemble. Shipping was relatively quick considering it came from Germany maybe 5 days

Bought to replace the substandard pump that was supplied with my pool. This pump has lots of functions and does a great job of keeping the pool clean!

Overall brilliant pump upgrade for the above ground pools however instructions or a video guide would have been helpful for first time installers 😣

The ordering was easy and the delivery great, however the instructions were difficult to understand and I got the new balls so it needs an appendix for it.

I had an issue with my order where i no longer wanted the item. The company were more than helpful and had no issues in offering a full refund

I am located in Northern Ireland which is part of the United Kingdom. I placed an order on line with AREBOS which was confirmed and accepted. I did not receive any update over the following days regarding the shipping as stated that I would in an email received. However, on checking my bank account after a number of days I noted my payment had been refunded. On emailing AREBOS the responses were very prompt and good. I was subsequently informed my order had been cancelled. A reinstatement of the order was offered as an option which I was really happy about. However soon after I received a further email from AREBOS stating this offer could not be fulfilled due to DPD not delivering to my address. I receive deliveries from DPD regularly and do not understand why this transaction cannot be fulfilled. I have accepted this but am not happy with the delivery arrangements employed by AREBOS which prevented me from receiving the goods I wished to receive. I have also continued to receive marketing and promotional emails from AREBOS even though they do not deliver to my address?

Delivered promptly from Germany, haven't tested it yet but it was well packaged and looks good.

The filters are great, but the tracking was non existent, the link was not available. Because arebos switched to another company after the order, the links left me wondering if it was legit, but it was and i did receive them. 5 stars if you sort out tracking.

Delivery was quick. Set up was easy, and although it is only day two of being set up, it seems to be going well. Only time will tell on durability. Happy so far.

Ordering was quick and easy to follow. The pool turned up within delivery dates. Easy to errect and easy instructions to follow
