Review summary
Customers consistently appreciate the fast or timely delivery, high quality and sturdiness of the products, and competitive pricing. Many also value the ease of use or assembly, clear instructions, and effective communication and tracking throughout the ordering process. Positive experiences with prompt and helpful customer service are also frequently mentioned. However, some customers report occasional delivery delays, customs issues, or courier problems. A few have experienced product defects or disappointment in quality. Difficulties with setup, unclear or lacking manuals, and issues with payment processes have also been noted. There are also instances of frustration with customer service responsiveness, as well as problems with tracking updates or non-working tracking links. A small number of customers felt dissatisfied with pricing or special offers.

Fantastic hot tub
I purchased the arebos hot tub as it had the pump intergrated within the hot tub, which is a real space saver. It heats up quite quickly & runs quietly. All in all a fantastic buy. Would purchase again

🙂
Was delivered on time , well packaged easy to set up being well manufactured and easy to use. My only reservation is this being our second tub due to the first being punctured when packed up last winter . However wife is very impressed with it, so have to take extra care / review storage options..

The jacuzzi arrived early and was very easy to inflate. Not sure if the base was meant to inflate, it didn't but it is very comfortable in spite of that. The bubbles are very gentle and relaxing. I would have liked another layer of bubbles halfway up the side but that is a minor point and I am very pleased with my new acquisition

Swift shipment and delivery. Unfortunately the item I purchased was not what I expected. Following emails to both the UK and German offices my item was promptly refunded, as detailed on the website.

Dealt with an issue of castors not fitting by sending new ones. The ones I had actually would have fitted if I had been persistent So, that was good service. On a second item, that came cosmetically damaged, I mentioned it, got no slight reduction though. Just saying. Not sure if AREBOS response was good in that case.

Was a bit unsure
Had a bit of difficulty with website and payment but got sorted by customer service within in a day. My 12v fridge arrived well packaged and within 5 days. Well pleased with my purchase and with Arebos

It was easy to set up and looks a lot better than what we had previously. I like the idea of the Pump/heater being under cover. Hopefully it will last me as long as the previous.

Delivered on time, but packing could have done with a bit more TLC, burst under pressure but product still 100% intact, looking forward to use.

Instructions could be a little clearer but managed ok.
Not been in it yet but I looks great.

The filter is excellent, with no defects. But the delivery system is terrible, I almost canceled it because I didn't have any date of when I would receive the product.

Ordered pump and paid for it not received
Ordered pump and paid for it , have had to chase as not received it or heard anything back, when chased advised it was out of stock - despite company taking my money! - now still awaiting refund !
Will think carefully about reorder
Reply from www.arebos.co.uk
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, there was a short-term change in stock availability, which meant that the pump could not be shipped despite the order being placed. We understand that this is frustrating, especially as you had already paid for the item.
The purchase price will be refunded to you. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by both the price and the quality of the loaves we have made with this bread maker.
My only complaint would be the difficulty we experienced in inserting the pan fully into the machine after loading it with the ingredients. It needed a careful aligning of the two paddles to fit between the driver clips beforehand.

Pool pump was just what I needed and easy to assemble.
Shipping was relatively quick considering it came from Germany maybe 5 days

Great Pool Filter
Bought to replace the substandard pump that was supplied with my pool. This pump has lots of functions and does a great job of keeping the pool clean!

Overall brilliant pump upgrade for the above ground pools however instructions or a video guide would have been helpful for first time installers 😣

Process from start to finish was a breeze. I was updated when my package shipped & given a tracking number. Would definitely use again
