Very good and user friendly website with great photos of your products. Just a few things that we found could have been better and made the experience easier: - having some sort of filter when on the 'compare' section of the site or maybe sort the 'compared' items in order of value - we found that some of the photos for some of the climbing frames were of different frames ( example, 1 photos showed the slide on the left and the swings on the right and then the next photo showed it the other way around), also on one climbing frame we looked at, the detail drawing wasn't for that particular climbing frame. All the same, very good website, minor comments more than anything. We are very much looking forward to receiving our climbing frame, thank you Fatmoose.

Ongoing problems. I ordered a playframe on 2nd May with delivery for 21-29th May and handed over £1000. 2 weeks later they say it’s been delayed with no further information or idea of what that delay means. I contact them repeatedly and am told 5-7 weeks from order now, but that’s “ONLY AN ESTIMATE” which gives them free reign to delay further. They say this is because of unprecedentedly high order volumes but they are still running a sale as I type this!! So welcoming more orders into the chaos. They are also still now giving the same leadtimes to new customers as I have been given having ordered mine over 3 weeks ago. It’s absolutely nonsensical. No one responds with anything remotely helpful they just thank you for your patience. Meanwhile you’re stuck having forked out a lot of money and have no guarantees. They will no doubt reply to this with some copy and paste rubbish like they have the other complaints. Basically, if you’re thinking of buying from Wickey or FatMoose… don’t. I would cancel if I wasn’t 9 months pregnant and have already paid over £1000 to have the play surface prepared and have a company waiting to install this whenever - or if ever - it actually arrives.

Good choice of products and combinations

Clear, easy to use website. Good detail on all products. Photographs from previous purchasers were extremely helpful. Nice to see the products in a real environment! It would be great to be able to choose different swing options before purchasing. Our purchase includes two classic swing seats so we will need to buy a baby swing as we need one of each.

Absolutely amazing, so much choice and really easy to use website. You can customise the different units and there’s pictures and measurements that change based on you selection, which makes it so much easier to make the right decision. Then confirming the order and payment was so quick and simple. Really happy with the purchase so far.

There is a lot of choice and it is fairly easy to find frames with specific things you want. In my case something with a slide and sandpit. I found the images frustrating as zooming in often caused then to jump.

AVOID!!! Delays, lies and no customer service

This company likes to waste our time.

We paid for this ordered yet they refused to deliver until proof of payment which delayed the delivery process even more because it took time to get the statements. After showing proof and complaining they said they will send the order as normal. Its unjust that they didn't even make an effort to expedite the delivery process.

Loved the site and the choice. Would love to see some pictures of real climbing frames as well as the illustrations to gauge size and the video was annoying because you couldn’t see the product and got stuck on the video once you’d clicked on it.
