The website is very user friendly with plenty of choice of outdoor play equipment. I also appreciated the customisation of products. Ordering and payment was very quick. Estimated delivery is within a few weeks, which is great for such a large product. Shipping also free of charge. Would recommend and can't wait to receive the product. The only improvement I would make is to receive an automatic confirmation of order email. I have not yet received one, so having this would be reassuring, especially due to the large cost of product.

First things first, the children love it which is the main thing. However, like the other review, do not underestimate how difficult this is to build. I’m a committed amateur with a decent range of experience and I was regularly tearing my hair out at the instructions and measurements. For example, there’s a climbing wall where each piece of wood is supposed to be 140mm each. The wood isn’t actually all cut accurately, so mine were all 138mm, which means at the top of the wall there’s a little gap of about 12mm. I’d also not forget the amount of supplementary work. For me: - It’s massive and my garden didn’t have a large enough flat space, so I had to hire a mini digger. - This area needed edging so I had to get sleepers and fit those together - The whole thing needs anchoring to the ground so you’ll need to dig a lot of holes with post mix as well. - I added a couple of extra supports under the main platform as well. - The house itself is obviously empty so you’ll probably end up buying a couple of extra bits for that. - We filled the ground with play rubber. It’s taken about 2 months from first build to do everything above and finish the build. This is alongside having a full-time job and still doing things at the weekend, so I’d estimate about 5-6 days’ work in total. Overall I can’t not recommend it because it’s a great piece of play equipment, but it’s been a huge job to build and there’s been a lot of frustration along the way.

This is our second play area. First one still going stong but moving house so getting a bigger one. Its never lifted or twisted. Easy to build (Depending on capability's) Good instructions and good accessories. Looking forward to getting this one installed. Feedback, would love some addon areas to expand them in the future. :-)

Ordering was really simple and straightforward. The website’s easy to use and it was nice being able to look through all the different options properly before deciding. The kids loved scrolling through the different designs and choosing their favourite, it definitely made them even more excited about it arriving. We’re now just looking forward to delivery and getting it set up. From everything I’ve read, they seem really sturdy and well made, so feeling confident about it so far.

Bought the FirForest Family house, found the site very easy to naviagate, easy to check dimensions and add/remove addons. Looked at various options on other sites but always drawn back to the quality of the Fatmoose designs. Excited to see the look on my girls faces when it arrives!

The equipment is of a high quality but the instructions need to be easier to understand. It really isn't easy to follow the instructions and with so many pieces and fixings you really need to get a much better instruction manual.

Very nice and simple service. There were many options with different sizes and combinations which I wasnt able to find on few different websites. I will be able to upgrade it for bigger seats etc in a future which is also a great option.

After scanning providers of play equipment, Fatmoose showed best value, variety and quality. We can't wait to receive the kids new big toy!

Great customer service, and good prices

Well, I have no idea when my order will be delivered. It has been with the carrier for a week awaiting a delivery slot and there is no way to contact either Fatmoose or DHL. I have no contact details for DHL and you can’t get through to Fatmoose. Sent a message using the contact form - no response. Very poor given the price you pay.

The website has so many options and was really easy to use with the compare tool. Was very simple to order what we eventually chose! Looking forward to receiving it.

Sent the wrong kit and going around in circles trying to get a resolution. Kids are upset, wife stressed out Pallet also arrived looking like it had been in an accident, split wood Bad experience

Great buying experience. Only difficult thing was we were spoilt for choice and spent a very long time choosing the perfect climbing frame!!

The Fatmoose website is very easy to use. It is easy to find the required information, and placing an order is very straightforward. I look forward to receiving the Donkey Dome Double XXL climbing frame, and watching our two little grandsons enjoying hours of fun playing on it and in it.

I like the different ranges to climbing frames The measurements could be stated for each part to make it more useful I haven’t received my item yet so can’t comment on quality, delivery and product
