What a great kit! And great quality. I don't normally take the time to review stuff, but this is so worth it. Its been a dream of my son for years to have a tree house, and this has made him so incredibly happy. It takes a while to build, but the instructions are easy to follow. The ground anchors are the hardest bit but you can build the base frame, Mark the posts, move it, dig the holes. It was easier to fit the anchors to the frame and leave them dangling in the holes and then concrete them in after levelling the frame. Easy to put little modifications on as well, ours backs onto a wall, so you can't use the climbing wall as designed, but we put it on the side and it works great. Our little boy loves it!

Buying experience on the website was good, was told with plenty of notice when my delivery would be and the delivery courier also called me to inform me that a pallet was going to be delivered. I must say I probably wouldn’t have been able to put it up on my own but my partner was able to put it up within 2 days and the green canvas was a little tricky, we ended up tracing the shapes from a projector as some of it was quite fiddly, I would realistically prefer if this came already cut up but I understand they do it in sheets so you can choose your own design if you want. We had enough (more than enough) screws etc and everything was in there that should have been. Two pieces of wood were too long but it wasn’t an issue as we had the tools to cut them down. We did move the slide to the other side just so it fits our garden better but that’s the great thing with these, they are quite modular! We got the extra nest swing and I would 100% recommend them. My daughter absolutely loves it and hopefully it’s something she will play with for a long time, really happy and glad we made the purchase.

Fantastic website! Over the past few days we have been going through several different climbing frame options and discovered that fatmoose offers a comparison option on their products, making choosing between our options much simpler. The "additionally you will need" items are listed underneath so there's no trouble navigating their website for the extras either. Purchasing was straight forward and easy. Im so glad I came across fatmoose. Our frame has been ordered as a birthday gift for our son's 3rd birthday and I am extremely excited. Years of laugher and memories set to be had by all.

Excellence experience, ordered for my son’s birthday had a email to say delivery could be postponed. When I queried this had a response immediately, order was not delayed and arrived on time it was just a precaution email. Product quality is amazing, hard to assemble but didn’t expect anything less. Sturdy solid wood and my little boys absolutely loves it!

Ordering and delivery was really easy, although a few more delivery updates would be appreciated as heard nothing for weeks until it was ready to be dispatched. One piece was missing but not integral to the build and it’s been sent out with no problems. Construction took a while (two fulls days) and we felt some things could have been pre-drilled (eg the swing beam) just to make it a little bit easier. Overall the kids are happy and it’s built!

First things first, the children love it which is the main thing. However, like the other review, do not underestimate how difficult this is to build. I’m a committed amateur with a decent range of experience and I was regularly tearing my hair out at the instructions and measurements. For example, there’s a climbing wall where each piece of wood is supposed to be 140mm each. The wood isn’t actually all cut accurately, so mine were all 138mm, which means at the top of the wall there’s a little gap of about 12mm. I’d also not forget the amount of supplementary work. For me: - It’s massive and my garden didn’t have a large enough flat space, so I had to hire a mini digger. - This area needed edging so I had to get sleepers and fit those together - The whole thing needs anchoring to the ground so you’ll need to dig a lot of holes with post mix as well. - I added a couple of extra supports under the main platform as well. - The house itself is obviously empty so you’ll probably end up buying a couple of extra bits for that. - We filled the ground with play rubber. It’s taken about 2 months from first build to do everything above and finish the build. This is alongside having a full-time job and still doing things at the weekend, so I’d estimate about 5-6 days’ work in total. Overall I can’t not recommend it because it’s a great piece of play equipment, but it’s been a huge job to build and there’s been a lot of frustration along the way.

The website is very user friendly with plenty of choice of outdoor play equipment. I also appreciated the customisation of products. Ordering and payment was very quick. Estimated delivery is within a few weeks, which is great for such a large product. Shipping also free of charge. Would recommend and can't wait to receive the product. The only improvement I would make is to receive an automatic confirmation of order email. I have not yet received one, so having this would be reassuring, especially due to the large cost of product.

Review from Tilly age 8: Baron Bold XXL. Wobbly bridge that moves back and forth but stable enough to give the safest fun. The slide is super fast and lots of spaces to be creative! I liked the fact it was specific about the platform height of the play parks. I struggled to find this information on compatible sites. I think that an upgrade could be to have more specific filters which allow me to find play parks for my tall child. She is 6 but tall which has made it hard for me to cater for her.

Bought this for my children and it is awesome! They love it. Took a bit of putting together but the instructions were fairly clear and easy to understand. All in all an awesome bit of kit and I’ll definitely be buying more in the future.

This is our second play area. First one still going stong but moving house so getting a bigger one. Its never lifted or twisted. Easy to build (Depending on capability's) Good instructions and good accessories. Looking forward to getting this one installed. Feedback, would love some addon areas to expand them in the future. :-)

Easily ordered through the website, good delivery time and contact if any delays were occurring. We had 1 missing piece from our order and it was re-sent quickly and efficiently. The set was easy to build and instructions clear.

Product is as described. Instructions are horrendous and some of the wood is quite badly split which I know is going to happen with natural materials but could have been swapped at packing. Delivery company did not call to arrange delivery.

Ordering was really simple and straightforward. The website’s easy to use and it was nice being able to look through all the different options properly before deciding. The kids loved scrolling through the different designs and choosing their favourite, it definitely made them even more excited about it arriving. We’re now just looking forward to delivery and getting it set up. From everything I’ve read, they seem really sturdy and well made, so feeling confident about it so far.

The process of filtering and sorting the climbing frames to find exactly what we needed was so easy and the extra discount for the holiday weekend was great!

The equipment is of a high quality but the instructions need to be easier to understand. It really isn't easy to follow the instructions and with so many pieces and fixings you really need to get a much better instruction manual.

Bought the FirForest Family house, found the site very easy to naviagate, easy to check dimensions and add/remove addons. Looked at various options on other sites but always drawn back to the quality of the Fatmoose designs. Excited to see the look on my girls faces when it arrives!

Very nice and simple service. There were many options with different sizes and combinations which I wasnt able to find on few different websites. I will be able to upgrade it for bigger seats etc in a future which is also a great option.
