What was initially a faulting self build soon turned into an enjoyable project with clear instructions, no missing pieces, and generally hassle free. We took our time and built over 2 weekends to allow for our anchor points to be dug and cemented securely - but the timber construction soon flew up and before we knew it our girls were enjoying their new play area. Highly recommended and an excellent investment. The only minor improvement could have been if the timber posts were labelled in some way - there way plenty of measuring and re-measuring before assembly to check we had the right piece which at times felt like it slowed us down - but as they say, “measure twice, drill once”.

Goods came late, and some items missing, customer service non existent! Prior to the item being delivered the price decrease by £50, queried it and was told tough luck! Explained as I haven’t received the item yet I literally could cancel and order again at the lower price. Was told thats fine but I’ll need to wait a new 3 week period for new delivery!

After our kids old metal frame 2 swing set gave up the ghost which was our second set in 3 years the hunt was on for something more robust and reliable , after searching various retailers and sites we came across this site and were impressed with the various kits available measured up space requirements in our garden then shouted on the kids to get them involved in the selection and colour scheme job done and really don’t know who’s more excited me or the kids even though I can’t have a shot I know I will enjoy watching our kids have the time of their life . Very easy to pick and purchase 5 stars

the site and buying experience is well thought out, but. When looking at the accessories is difficult to navigate around in the sense of knowing what accessories are compatible with the climbing frame that you are purchasing. It would be nice to have the full schematics of the climbing frame on the site so you can easily find the correct accessories or have them on the same page as the climbing frame so that you can easily find the correct ones.

We’ve been looking at a swing set for our two children for a while, and came across the Jolly Jane by accident. We have a smallish garden and feel it’s definitely worth the extra money to get a swing set that will save us so much space by not having the traditional A frame version. Very easy ordering process. We can’t wait to put this up for the girls to enjoy 😊

I had several questions in advance of buying, I called and got through quickly to very helpful and friendly staff who asked that I emailed the queries so they could check with the manager. I received a response to the email quickly and asked many more questions off the back of this, all were answered the same day. Ordered after reading reviews and seeing a friend’s frame she had purchased. Easy to order. Photos of each product and detailed architectural drawings with measurements were really useful to help determine the exact location the climbing frame was going to be located. Cannot wait to see the children’s faces!!
