The delivery man refused to take the package off the truck without a fork lift. It was far from kerbside delivery. I had paid someone to help, then had to pay to borrow a forklift. When I complained I was told this was kerbside delivery. Which it is not. It was ridiculously packaged as one load including the slide. After many interactions all time wasting and dismissive, no apology or support.
It then to a joiner 5 days to build with poor, confusing instructions. After adding a forklift, labour and cement it has cost a further £1025 be warned. The house looks good and sturdy but the stress and cost have left me traumatised. It was a gift for my grandchildren.

I just received delivery of the Firforest family house. It came on a truck meant to be kerbside delivery. The driver refused to take off without a forklift. What domestic house has a forklift. I had to pay builders nearby £100 to bring a forklift to remove. Thoughtless and stupid of Fatmmose to transport in this way. Nothing is properly labelled or coded. Good luck knowing if the pieces are there.

I am extremely disappointed with the equipment which too ages to come, states uk, however actually came from Germany. Also, a post was faulty, this still hasn’t been replaced so we are still waiting. It takes ages to even get a response when you send an email.

Well, I have no idea when my order will be delivered. It has been with the carrier for a week awaiting a delivery slot and there is no way to contact either Fatmoose or DHL. I have no contact details for DHL and you can’t get through to Fatmoose. Sent a message using the contact form - no response. Very poor given the price you pay.
