Appalling service. Ordered for grandsons birthday with delivery estimated 20th to 26th August. After chasing, established the item was in Germany with no idea on dispatch. Eventually arrived on 5th September with a huge apology from local courier. They apologised for the fact all the bits and screws were floating around in plastic bags, even worse all the instructions were destroyed. This garden play house, with swings and slide was required for 6th September so we had to engage professional shed and play house builders to stand any chance of this item ever being ready at a cost of £300! My suggestion would be allow yourself months, if you can find a different supplier, use them. It's not as though these are cheap in the first place. They have no interest in any complaint, it will be passed over "internally". Probably would it didn't go external. If anyone can make out the few words that hadn't been soaked off completely, they are truly talented. The boxes were just mush. Just a suggestion, DHL could buy some tarpaulins. The only positive is after much trauma and extra cost, my grandson loves it. Be warned as their customer service really doesn't care.
