Great site with many options
The website was easy to navigate and the payment process was simple. While I haven’t received the items yet I’ve seen great feedback on it.
The only thing that can be improved is that the AR functionality wasn’t working for me and would have really liked to use it.
Really impressed with this site! Really clear pricing and guidelines, the reviews were great and felt like I was able to make an informed decision. I really enjoyed the look of the website and found so easy to navigate. Confirmation email was received almost instantly!

We spent a long time searching… thank goodness for Wikey!
We spent a long time searching different sites for the right climbing frame with swings and a slide, ultimately Wikey could not be beaten. The website is easy to navigate, with the handy filter features to ensure we could find everything we were looking for.
You can personalise your purchase with a great range of colours and accessories which we loved, but the best part was the 10 year wood guarantee (with an option to extend this to 15 years!). Prices compared to other sites were competitive and we couldn't really find anything we didn't like about the site, a great purchasing experience all around.
Now all we have to do is wait for the delivery and we'll have an extremely excited 6 year old on our hands!! Thank you Wikey for a smooth purchasing experience!

Decent Product - Arrived on Time
In the main we are satisfied with the product, however there were 3 items damaged in transit and when we attempted to complete the contact form it would not accept the file types which were detailed as acceptable. This has been reported and we await a response

Wickey products are well constructed and relatively straight forward to build, good instructions and never had an issue with any part of delivery.
This swing set, our second purchase for our grandchildren, was no different, even with the help of my son and son-in-law it went together well. Great quality and natural wood too. 😎

This is a great size not too big not too small and of good quality. Seems solidly made. My only complaint would be the base appears to be a piece of thin plastic, very flimsy but maybe there’s a reason for that. Otherwise it’s ideal.

Delivery not great.
Slide came wrong colour. Roof and chalk board undelivered. When delivered, chalk board is the wrong colour! It’s also £45 for a bit of tarp!! Luckily none of this affects the play from the kids but massive let down when given so much choice of how you want something to look
Great product that my children love. Helpful customer service. Regular updates. Nest swing seat was a great addition.

Would NOT recommend
Wrong piece sent so couldn’t build the frame on time for daughter’s birthday. Still haven’t received the right piece…been over two weeks now since reporting it.
Also wood is rough and needs more than ‘light sanding’ no pilot holes in wood- which apparently I am told is mentioned somewhere on your webpage but it isn’t clear.
The accessories, slide and swing etc are very poor quality.
I wouldn’t recommend this company unfortunately.

A very good user interface but not an integrated experience.
A very good user interface, but it took me a while to understand why I needed an anchor - and it wasn't very clear which anchor I needed. Once I understood, it was not intuitive to find the anchor on your website. This led to the website crashing. I would recommend to automatically add the anchors to the product order with an opt-out option at checkout, or at least a link from the climbing frame page to the anchor you are recommended so I do not have to search. It may put people off because they have to think too much. People have more confidence in your product if they do not have to think much about it!

Disappointed
We received the bed about a month ago now with poor packaging and missing parts. It has been incredibly difficult to get hold of the customer service team. We are still awaiting the missing parts of the order about a month later. Meanwhile, my child is really disappointed that his slide bed is in front of him, but he is unable to have it because we don’t have the parts to complete it.
