PROS: Web site is amazing, ordering is a doddle, coms with wicky were amazing. CONS: palletways end of line delivery a night mare, no phone call hour before delivery, they basically dumped and ran, whilst moaning about pallet ways.

The delivery times stated were over a month less than the delivery time we were then quoted as soon as Wickey had taken our money. If you're going to have a big sale with the aim of attracting more customers then you should expect increased demand for the products and organise your business effectively. It was entirely misleading to state - before purchase- delivery timescales that weren't feasible but which the customer is only told about after they've parted with their money.

I placed my order nearly a month ago and still no sign of my daughter's new play frame! I got a vague email telling me they'd received a lot of orders so my order would be delayed... But no details on how long the delay would be. I've emailed to ask and they still haven't confirmed a delivery date... Have I been scammed? I'm currently nearly £1.5k out of pocket with nothing to show for it!

Prompt response and very high quality product. Only not 5 stars cos about a month later than expected - that said, I’m probably being harsh as it is beautifully hand crafted and they also used a very great delivery service in H&M Palletways who were more accommodating than any delivery service I’ve used before.

Ordered for a birthday present and it was confirmed when they took the money it would be delivered between 6th & 12th June. I emailed to check as hadn’t even heard from them and they replied like it’s a normal thing to say that it’s now going to be delivered by the end of June. I am not holding my breath as they didn’t even tell me it was delayed. Poor service wish I had gone with the other company now. Very disappointed and no communication unless you contact them. They don’t care once you have paid for the item and don’t know even contact you it’s just a generic email they send everyone.

DO NOT BUY FROM WICKEY

Ordered a play set for my kids. Website stated arrival within 2 weeks. 4 weeks later and it hasn't even been dispatched yet. Really poor communication. Impossible to contact. Overall extremely poor. No idea if the climbing frame is even going to arrive at this stage. Would not recommend.

Still waiting for order over a month from ordering

Still haven’t received my order had email saying should have been dispatched on 31st of may still nothing and every time I email just get a automated reply and still can’t give me a date for when I’m going to receive the items I’ve ordered
