Communication was good up until delivery. My address was not fully complete and I emailed to inform Wickey had an acknowledgment that this had been done. However delivery driver had not been given the full address so not sure what happened

Good value product. Really pleased with our climbing frame and slide. It was fairly straightforward to put together. You do need two people and a decent amount of DIY competency. Please note that the timber is cut to the required lengths but no pilot holes are pre-drilled. Delivery was a little later than on website but when with courier they telephoned and arranged the delivery day. One very happy little boy! Very impressed with the quality and hope it will last years to come!

Firstly it took some 4 weeks for the playframe to arrive. I would say that the instructions are nowhere near detailed enough and some of the pieces had no instructions at all! There were two wooden struts missing from our package. It took two professional carpenters two whole days to put up our playframe. I think the quality of the wood is excellent but would advise anyone interested to really look at the ammount of work involved in putting one together.

Suffered immediate disappointment with this order -- the delivery window as stated during the order process was missed, not just by days but by weeks, and we were not informed of the delay until we asked for an update. Wickey ought to know that these products are often for kids' birthdays and dates are all-important; if you can't deliver on time, it's a deal-breaker and we won't order from you. The completed frame itself does do what it's supposed to. The wood is good quality with little distortion, measured and cut well, fits together as it should, and our boys (4yo) really love using it every day. However, for this price, it would be nice if the pieces were also pre-drilled, not just because DIY measuring and drilling is very time-consuming, but also because some of the tools supplied were simply not up to the job. For instance, a short 10mm drill bit is included, but for the larger fittings, a long 12mm bit was essential. And if you are drilling at home, make sure you have plenty of 3mm wood bits because doing many holes in a short time can cause them to heat, bend, and snap. Yes, I'm not a pro woodworker, but I suspect neither are most of the dads looking to build these things in their garden. Instructions are fairly easy to work through (all pictures, no words) but there are some errors or mis-prints, and some elements like the steering wheel and telescope had no instruction at all. Taking plenty of time to consider how some steps are achieved may well lead to finding a better way, such as the metal swing supports (it's much better to slide them in place first, then drill through the hole). We had bags of screws and plastic fittings left over on completion, and according to the paperwork, they shouldn't even have been there. Better than being short, I suppose. At the end of the day, our kids are delighted with it, and that makes it all worthwhile.

What particularly liked: The Wickey playhouse is absolutely fantastic! The kids are completely obsessed with it. It's incredibly sturdy and well-made, and the quality of the wood is top-notch. I was impressed by the detailed instructions, although the build was definitely a two-person job. (Easy with my little sidekick by my side),The design is brilliant; it's so versatile and encourages imaginative play. We've already seen it transformed into everything from a pirate ship to a magical castle. It's clear a lot of thought went into creating a product that's both fun and durable. Turning wrenches with my little shadow by my side was a highlight of the build. This playhouse is more than just wood and nails; it's a testament to quality time and shared accomplishment. What could possibly be done better: Honestly, there's not much to complain about! Perhaps a few more pre-drilled holes would have made the build slightly quicker, but it's a minor point.

Although it’s a .co.uk website, you actually getting a service from a country outside of the UK - produced in Germany! The price whilst sales are on is great. Item comes shipped even more flat packed then an ikea wardrobe. The canvas parts of the frame are not pre cut, or etched out, instead you have a roll and measurement details in the guide which you then have to try and do your best with. Good if your into arts and crafts I have missing parts, and a lot of wood came splintered, chunks missing, part missing and fixing missing. have used the contact form to get in contact, but once submitted there is no acknowledgment it has been received and almost two weeks in I have had no response The aftercare sales service so far is an indication that I wouldn’t use the sight again, nor recommend!

The range online is excellent. Having placed my order delivery was delayed. I had to ask for an update which was the only negative. Received a prompt response to my message which was again good. Only thing you could do better is be proactive in updating customers if their are any delays. Assembly was exactly as the instructions said and really impressed that even a drill bit was included with the screws. Would recommend.

Great product, my 4 year old loves it! Took a while to arrive but once it did you can’t fault the quality Instructions were fine once you got your head around them, we just took our time. What would be amazing if it was all pre drilled but that’s the only negative regarding assembly. Would love it it had an element to add a sun shade. We might make a adjustment to fix one on

Wickey multiplayer with picnic table. We love our climbing frame, my 18 month and 5 year old both play a lot on this set. Worth mentioning that this set was very difficult to put together, we hired a company to do it for us and concrete it in. They took 9 hours. Our ground is very hard and isn't very level which is probably a big contributing factor.

Delivery delayed without contact, only updated when I emailed the team. Delivery team here did not deliver on planned day. Play frame is great overall. There was no indication of how many pieces the frame would come in - it was individual pieces of wood making the construction time lengthy.

Great communication around the delivery - not just the expected time frame but the advice around the treatment of the wood, tools we’d need for assembly and other helpful tips. We got it up in a day, just in time for the summer holidays and the kids have loved playing on it ever since!

I liked the variety of products available on the website and being able to choose between several colours. We moved the position of the slide to best fit out garden which worked out great. Great price but the delivery took longer than stated.

I like the quality of the wood and overall feel of the frame etc. i didnt like having to hand draw and hand cut all of the stickers for the added design of the frame it was time consuming and not good for someone who isnt artistic

The instructions were easy enough to follow, everything was included and nothing missing. My dad had this built with in half a day and my son is very happy with it! Im sure he will have years of fun. Thankyou :)

The kids are absolutely loving the climbing frame we got. Only negative feedback I have will be I didn't realise it would be such a long delivery, but does make sense as it was coming from Germany to the UK.

Quick and easy to order. Good selection of payment methods. Delivery was slightly delayed but good communication throughout.Would be good if there was an option to add fireman's poles to the climbing frame.

Great delivery and communication. Excellent product but just a bit fiddly to build. 3 men in building industry and took a full day. Could do with pre drilled holes to help. But otherwise kids love it!
