Good value product.
Really pleased with our climbing frame and slide.
It was fairly straightforward to put together. You do need two people and a decent amount of DIY competency. Please note that the timber is cut to the required lengths but no pilot holes are pre-drilled.
Delivery was a little later than on website but when with courier they telephoned and arranged the delivery day.
One very happy little boy! Very impressed with the quality and hope it will last years to come!
The delivery times stated were over a month less than the delivery time we were then quoted as soon as Wickey had taken our money. If you're going to have a big sale with the aim of attracting more customers then you should expect increased demand for the products and organise your business effectively. It was entirely misleading to state - before purchase- delivery timescales that weren't feasible but which the customer is only told about after they've parted with their money.

Slow delivery and no update/tracking.
Order was made and confirmed on the 1st of July, with expected delivery to be between 12 and 19th of July. There was no delivery by 19th! I tried to contact customer service and left several emails, asking where my order was and for a tracking reference number; the response was poor and not reassuring at all. My order did eventually arrived on the 25th of July - to late for my son's birthday!
WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN FROM WIKEY

Basically a pallet of split and bowed wood. Took forever to sand down and try and make it half decent to put up. Have contacted wickey and sent numerous pictures for them to tell me they would send out more wood and would notify me when it was due for dispatch. Have emailed again since to see when it's coming and no reply. Not worth the money at all

I placed my order nearly a month ago and still no sign of my daughter's new play frame! I got a vague email telling me they'd received a lot of orders so my order would be delayed... But no details on how long the delay would be. I've emailed to ask and they still haven't confirmed a delivery date... Have I been scammed? I'm currently nearly £1.5k out of pocket with nothing to show for it!

Took a week off work to get it built for grandson's birthday. I have emailed them about delivery date and told it will be at least a week late. Still waiting to be told its been manufactured. Not a happy papa

The quality of the product was good but the instructions could be easier to follow and it says integrated sandpit but it has no base.
For the price I also think it could benefit from one finishing touches such as frames for the windows etc.
Customer service was good but then the two swing seats weren't the colour pictured on the website they offered replacements but then only sent one. Delivery also took a lot longer than originally quoted which significantly delayed the build.

We've had wicked products for many years as I have had 8 sons 2 daughters and now 9 grandchildren already 😳 this company has been amazing helping with information tips and some excellent advice there customer service is beyond all othe and we will continue with their wonderful service Very busy mum ,grandmother and nurse 😀 they keep children busy and entertained for many years 😀

Only not 5 stars cos about a month later than expected - that said, I’m probably being harsh as it is beautifully hand crafted and they also used a very great delivery service in H&M Palletways who were more accommodating than any delivery service I’ve used before.
