Very good and user friendly website with great photos of your products. Just a few things that we found could have been better and made the experience easier:
- having some sort of filter when on the 'compare' section of the site or maybe sort the 'compared' items in order of value
- we found that some of the photos for some of the climbing frames were of different frames ( example, 1 photos showed the slide on the left and the swings on the right and then the next photo showed it the other way around), also on one climbing frame we looked at, the detail drawing wasn't for that particular climbing frame.
All the same, very good website, minor comments more than anything. We are very much looking forward to receiving our climbing frame, thank you Fatmoose.

The wide array of choices available on the fatmoose's website, clear pictures from many angles and dimensional drawings to help us choose the right set for our two young childrens birthdays. We are all excited to see the climbing frame when it arrives, if it looks as good in person as it does on the site we are all in for a treat.
In terms of things that could be better my only real criticism would be that there isn't the option expand the frame later on down the line, such as adding a wobbly bridge and second platform once we establish what else the kids might want to do as they are 5 and 2 years old respectively, perhaps opening that up so that people can add to their frames in future would be a useful option.

Smooth Ordering Process
Great website giving all the details and sizes you need to order the right equipment for your garden. Clear details and payment process. Just missing a place for comments, we may be away for some of the delivery window indicated so may need to contact once delivery confirmed, but hopefully wont be an issue!

Great climbing frame!
Great climbing frame. Instructions are really detailed and had no issue self building it. The quality is great, the only minor downside is that the material for sides are not pre measured/cut so considerably slows completion. Otherwise, fantastic purchase.

I found the option to be able to compare the climbing frames very helpful, it saved me having to keep clicking back and forth. I don't think there is anything you can do better at this stage as I have only just ordered. But so far everything has been good.

I found buying a climbing frame to be alot of fun. thinking about what my kids would enjoy etc. so using the website was perfect for showing full sets and add ons and even different colours which really helped visually.
