Made my first order from Sodabear.co.uk and was very impressed by the speed of the service. It was great value for four refilled cylinders and returning the empties was extremely simple - just pop them in the same box they were delivered in, apply the pre-printed label and drop off at the local posthub shop when passing. Overall, an excellent service, excellent experience - simple and great value!

👍 My first order to set myself up with CO2 cylinders. Seems pricey at £79.00 until you compare with Blanco cylinders and their refill costs. I was taken back at the Blanco charges.its not easy to find compatible ones. Sodabär refills are also cheaper. Free return and then £29.90 for the 4. (7.48 each) The delivery from the UK warehouse was a bit arduous since you need to be in to receive gas bottles. Yodel fulfils the delivery for Sprint Logistics. So far so good. Sodabär Communication via WhatsApp and email is good. It’s a German company but vg English.

Ease of ordering, speed of delivery, simple returns process and easily the most competitive price available. This is by far the best company I've used when purchasing replacement Co2 gas ever. This company obviously fully understands 'Customer First' process and behaviour. Well done!!

i’ve only had one delivery of 4 x cylinders of CO2and one of them was faulty. The enquiry I made and the solution by you was quick and solved the issue, but it would be great if steps were taken so this doesn’t happen again. Don’t worry, I’m still your customer!

Dispatched quickly and fitted easily. Too early to say whether the cylinder will last as long as the Quooker original. If it does will be good value. Only concern is the 14 days to dispatch empty bottles to be a part of refill scheme, expect I will be without Quooker for a few days

Easy returns and have a quarters supply in one hit. Supply seems patchy in the UK, but think there is a supply problem with co2 at the moment.

Placed my order, after no updates for a week a reach out to them for a tracking number, only to get told that order is out of stock. I chose to wait for my order, and have yet to receive what I have paid for. So this rating not a reflection on the quality of the product as I can’t tell, but as I have had no updates from The company and they asked me to rate their service I can not justify a higher rating, due to pure non existent costumer service.
