Ihre Seite Printemps soll besser sein. Nachdem ich eine E-Mail erhalten hatte, dass meine Schuhgröße verfügbar sei, wollte ich bei Ihnen Schuhe kaufen. Das war jedoch nicht möglich, da Ihre Seite auf Frankreich beschränkt war und ich nach Deutschland verkaufen wollte. Außerdem reagiert Ihr Kundenservice nie.. Leider der Retouren ist sehr teuer Ihre Seite haben beste Marken, Ihre Seite ist vertrauenswürdig und der Versand erfolgt schnell., deswegen mag ich nochmal von ihnen einkaufen .

Return fees not clearly aligned with system behavior Returns are no longer free, which is understandable. However, when the system automatically creates multiple return labels for what was originally a single order, this places customers at risk of being charged multiple times for a single return action. Automatic splitting of one order into multiple orders It happens frequently that items placed in one order are later split into multiple orders with different order numbers, without clear explanation. This complicates order tracking, returns, and customer communication. Items from the same order shipped in separate parcels Even when multiple items are ordered together, they are often shipped in separate packages. This increases logistical complexity for customers, especially when returns are needed. Inconsistency between delivery option and actual delivery method Even when the home delivery option is selected (and paid for at a higher price), parcels are often redirected to a pickup point, requiring customers to collect them themselves. Since home delivery and pickup point delivery are priced differently, this situation feels unreasonable from a customer perspective. it's very easy and convenient trough the webshop: except that the research of an article is sometimes a bit tricky. But It's always a mess to get delivered by chronopost because in Belgium this goes trough DPD which is just a nightmare company, pretending that they've tried to deliver to your house but they never do and they send directly the package to a drop off place, with is very very difficult to find because the tracking number from chronopost Is not the good one on DPD's website. It's always the same problem with DPD and I think I will no longer buy at your webshop if you keep DPD as a Belgian delivery company!

Excellent service

I was initially apprehensive buying from a site that had a relatively low rating. However my experience was perfect. I received regular updates from the time I made the purchase, through to it being delivered. Delivery to the U.K. only took a few days and the product was well-packaged and as described. I was so happy I bought another product shortly after and once again had a 5 star service. With the sales prices and discounts, I saved over £300 buying from Printemps compared to the manufacturers site so I am delighted

Easy to use and good choices just be aware of delivery and returns costs.

Site is easy to use and item was delivered as requested. Sadly the ordered ski pants didn’t really fit me due to mismatch of body to garment shape (fine except in the much too large waist) but was able to return so all good. As im in the UK complicated and expensive returns process so with that and delivery I spent a lot on something sadly I couldn’t keep.

Brilliant service As requested I was notified of the availability of a product which had been out of stock coming back in stock. The product was not available in the colour and price I wanted anywhere. I ordered it - the price was still expensive but significantly cheaper than previously shown elsewhere and as I was new to the site I accessed a 10% offer. Postage was expensive in my opinion however there were no issues with the delivery and the tracking. I can’t recommend Printemps highly enough- it could not be easier to spend money 🙂
