Request to merge two return requests into one
Dear Customer Service Team,
I am writing to share some constructive feedback regarding my recent experience with your website, particularly related to ordering, delivery, and returns. I hope these comments may be helpful for future improvements.
Return process complexity
The current return system has become quite complex. Items from the same original order are sometimes forced into separate return requests, each with its own return label. This creates confusion and concern about potential duplicate return charges.
Return fees not clearly aligned with system behavior
Returns are no longer free, which is understandable. However, when the system automatically creates multiple return labels for what was originally a single order, this places customers at risk of being charged multiple times for a single return action.
Automatic splitting of one order into multiple orders
It happens frequently that items placed in one order are later split into multiple orders with different order numbers, without clear explanation. This complicates order tracking, returns, and customer communication.
Items from the same order shipped in separate parcels
Even when multiple items are ordered together, they are often shipped in separate packages. This increases logistical complexity for customers, especially when returns are needed.
Inconsistency between delivery option and actual delivery method
Even when the home delivery option is selected (and paid for at a higher price), parcels are often redirected to a pickup point, requiring customers to collect them themselves. Since home delivery and pickup point delivery are priced differently, this situation feels unreasonable from a customer perspective.
Overall, these issues together create a fragmented and inconvenient shopping experience, particularly compared to the more streamlined process that existed previously. I hope you will consider improving consistency and transparency in order splitting, delivery fulfillment, and return handling.
