I needed some good quality speaker cables custom length (very short) which any number of other competing vendors could have just as easily made up to order had I contacted them directly but futureshop was one of only a few that offered the 'custom' length option at the ordering page hence 1 less unneccessary communication. Order arrived well packaged exactly as ordered in good time. Product is made to a high standard and conditioned for 96hrs at no extra charge (which other vendors charge for) so overall very happy with my purchase.

My windows 10 machine feeds a USB DAC called the Yuno made by ifi Audio. It has a pair of RCA outs which alous me to conect my computer to my 32 year old Rotel Pre-amp which in turn feeds a pair of maridian M30 active speakers also 32 years old. The conection is done by the Yukon interconects one for each channel. As a blind person living alone and thefore no sighted help on tap and as these cables are directional, i asked Steve to mark the feed end for me as there's more room at the DAC rather than behind the pre-amp which he did using insolation tape. The first thing i noticed listening to some of my favourite flac file was a greater imediacy. imagine being rite at the back of a concert hall then suddenly being whisked rite to the front and therefore much closer to the performance. If there is a downside, and unfortunately there is, it's that any weeknesses in both the recording and the system it's being played on are revealed for what they are. They've made me aware i need a pair of active subwofers to both support and bring out the best in my 32 year old M30's. I'd be more than supprised if you were disappointed by these Yukon interconects as they've greatly enhanced my classical music listening pleasure. Highly recommend.

I have dealt with many Audio/HiFi dealers in my long history of system building but none come close to Future Shop. Mark and Adam have provided invaluable advice and guidance for my purchasing with a genuine interest in choosing the best product to improve my system within a budget and being happy with the results. The entire Future Shop team from website design, order processing, packaging and dispatch are extremely efficient and deserve high praise.

Future shop are always very helpfull , great delivery service second to none , if a mistake is made ( we all make them ) it is not the mistake that matters it is the way it is resolved , in my experience future shop was apologetic and prompt and resolved the situation in double quick time , customer service that's very rare to find these days , as to what could be done better I honestly can't think of anything , Andy P .

So far I have only bought speaker cables, QED Genesis Silver Spiral. They were cut, terminated and dispatched on the same day. Same story when I later ordered jumper cables (I changed speakers to ones with bi-wire terminals in the meantime). This time I got a courtesy call to check I had ordered the correct termination as my config was a bit different to most. Couldn't ask for better service.

Despite all of the tariff craziness FutureShop delivered once again. I was upgraded to FedEx to make this happen. I ordered another Chord Clearway X for a second system and it arrived, ready to go having been conditioned for 96 hrs as requested. Receiving a cable pre-conditioned is such a great service and allows for immediately hearing the improvement. Great job all-around!

Fantastic service. Kept informed from placing my order to delivery only one week later, my B&W speakers sit perfectly on the top plate and with the option of a lager top plate it was a no brainier. Dispite a lack of flexibility in logistics i.e. my notes regarding shipping were not fulfilled, I cannot not to recommend Futureshop. I ordered several times, different items and their service was always on the highest level. Future shop staff’s knowledge is second to none they really know their stuff, I recently bought some speaker cables from them and when I changed my amplifier to one that needed bra connectors, I was impressed by the fact that they had fitted them to the amp end, so I didn’t need adapters, also with their advice I got a new digital cable and that works wonders.

Great advice on the phone. I called up needing advice about binding posts having already placed an order. The customer service was great and they reassured me I'd made the right decision, and that if it didn't work out I could return the product. They were right and I'm now enjoying excellent quality sound through my hifi. Delivery was also fast and reassured me that I'd found a great alternative to Amazon.

I bought a Tacima surge protector cum mains conditioner having no great expectation of what it might bring to my system, (Kef ls 60s.) I totally underestimated it !!! It totally opened up the sound stage and added loads of treble detail and base depth. An amazingly value for money upgrade. I’ve never been disappointed with anything I’ve bought from Future Shop and this is no exception . Thank you.

I purchased a set of speaker cables for a price which was much lower than from comparable shops here in New Zealand. They were shipped quickly for a reasonable price. This is my third time shopping with Future Shop and I’m sure it won’t be my last.

Excellent range of top end products with a great website for browsing. Good choice of alternative items across the price ranges. Swift delivery and always well packaged for transit. Communication always great if required.

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, but unfortunately, I received an item I didn't order instead of the one I ordered. I ordered two HiFi Tuning Supreme 3 silver/gold fuses, but one of them turned out to be a Supreme 3 Kupfer. I didn't notice this right away and unpacked both, so a return was no longer possible. It's not a major issue, and overall, I'm satisfied, but I didn't receive exactly what I ordered.

Spoke with Mark about looking to upgrade my old speaker cable. Great advice and having just plugged them in I can tell they will be a great upgrade to my system. Thanks for the advice and also to them for checking with me about the jumper cables which meant that I was not waiting 3 weeks

Using with a quad 33 and 303 with radford auditorium speakers. The quad units have undergone a full component replacement. Replacing the original speaker cables with the ones supplied by futureshop has made a big difference to the system. Very happy with the product and customer service, thank you

This is my 2nd time ordering from futureshop and I knew what speaker wire I was after and ordering it was straight forward. I've not had it fitted yet so can't mention how it is but I do have it for my front LCR speakers and I really enjoy the sound it brings.

Good quality and prices, quick to dispatch. Small suggestion when shipping customer cable of different length maybe put sticker of length on cable, makes it easier to sort which cable is going where without unwinding and comparing the cables.
