After every pool in the uk seemed to be sold out I bought from Exit . I was sceptical as they are not based in the uk but I was desperate for a pool! Well I have to say I’m so glad I bought from them , delivery was surprisingly quick considering where it came from and it’s a lovely pool . So easy to set up too! I did it on my own with no issues . Looking forward to many hours of fun ahead 🤩

This is the second dome we have bought (a bigger one this year as the pool is larger) but this dome is much less sturdy than the previous. The first one we bought had fabric around the edge, (similar to tent fabric) and for the poles to slide through. The clear plastic also felt a lot thicker. This one is all plastic and even though its durable plastic. It's a lot thinner than it's previous model. I'm not sure if this is due to these materials being cheaper to produce (I expect so?) but it's a shame as our last one is 3 years old and still going. I'm not so convinced of this ones longevity. We shall see. However, for the purpose of keeping the pool a bit warmer and bugs/leaves out of the water it's perfect.

I bought a 10ft x 6.6ft above ground pool with dome from Exit Toys. Overall, I'm pretty happy, and my kids absolutely love it! I was particularly impressed with the dome, as it seems very good quality and I'm optimistic it will help keep the water clean and last for several years - waiting to see how robust it is in bad or windy weather though. The pool is also generally good quality and a decent size for two kids (mine are aged 3 and 7) while not being too deep for them. I'm less impressed with the pump supplier with the pool... the flow rate back into the pool is poor and it struggles to circulate the water so I'm already looking into options to upgrade it - I doubt it will keep the water clean over an extended period of time. It has also been very difficult to get leak free connects at the pump and where the pipes exit the pool - I've upgrade the jubilee clips from the plastic ones supplied to metal ones, which has helped although there are still small leaks. I'm looking into upgrading some of the pipes to 38mm threaded pipes that are on some of the bigger pools, because the slide on / secure with clip pipes seem poor. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase despite there being some extra costs involved with upgrading the cheaper components...

I had to order replacement poles for my pool cover as some did brake. The old ones had the typical push fit with the elastic string design just like standard tent poles. That means, if you accidentally pull the poles when fitting, they easily come apart and can be a pain to be connected again if they are already in their sleeve. That's why I didn't look forward to the hassle of replacing the broken ones. However, I was positively surprised to see the redesign of the ordered poles! The new design is a click fit with a security pop up pin. These are so much easier to fit as you don't have to worry about pulling them when guiding them through their sleeve as the pole segments won't come apart. This design also means, that the connection between the segments are metal to metal with a secure locking depth and not metal to whatever the pole material is, which puts extra stress on to the connection fit they are not pushed together all the way! Will order spare poles to have them ready as I can see more of the old poles starting to deform and are likely to give soon as well. Disappointed about the old poles lasting only a year but very happy with the improved new ones - so far!

I was a bit concerned after reading some of the negative reviews, but decided to give it a go as it was out of stock everywhere else in the UK. I’m really glad I did! The framed pool is sturdy, feels well made, and was easy to put together. Delivery was also very quick. Really pleased with the purchase and would definitely recommend it.

After being let down by a UK based company we found EXIT Toys. It was a great experience from start to finish. Clear website, easy ordering, I’m in England and the pool arrived within 24 hours. Decent quality pool and easy to put together and so far the kids are LOVING it!! We’ll definitely be using this company again.

I was getting a bit anxious about the purchase of our pool having seen mixed reviews after I’d placed the order, but the pool turned up within the 4 working days stated, was easy to put together and son loves it! Hoping it will be a great addition for the rest of the summer.

I have always brought our pool domes from EXIT Toys, however the last dome we had started to show issues 1 year in, I contacted them and they sent a replacement out straight away. Can not fault them. They are loyal to their customers and want their customer to be happy unlike a lot of other companies these days

Great product, made extremely well, arrived on time but do be warned if you are ordering a swimming pool it may come over multiple deliveries! Was panicking a touch when I recieved just a ladder and a pump but everything turned out ok. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent purchase!!! Over the moon with it, exceeded my expectations!!! My pool has been given a new life and hopefully get another 5 years out of the dome like i did with the previous. Delivery was fast, I have nothing but positive to say about buying from exit toys, i will definitely purchased from this company again

Had an issue with the dome I ordered. Contacted Exit Toys and they responded immediately by sending out a replacement. Things can always go wrong, it’s how a business deals with that which determines how good they. Can’t fault them on service.

Was slightly dubious as I haven’t heard of this store, everything was just perfect. I was kept well informed about the whole process and the pool arrived in time and is just as described. Thanks very much ⭐️

Received item quickly but there were parts missing, was easy enough to contact them and they sent out parts quickly but as they come from the Netherlands we missed out on having our pool ready for the UK heatwave which was disappointing.

Excellent communication from purchase to tracking to delivery. Forecast delivery was 3 - 5 working days and it arrived in two and a half days. Faster delivery from the Netherlands than some UK based suppliers.

Easy to construct although slightly confused over instructions about distance of electrics, as no extension allowed therefore it all has to be closer to supply than recommendations. Otherwise all very easy.

Great speedy delivery, would have been better to package the ground sheet along with the pool I ordered, so they would've been delivered together as one is pointless without the other

Exit toys excellent with order but let down by dpd to forgot the ladder so we had to wait in for that the next day all up and running and kids love it seems well built and sturdy

It has been quite a journey. I wish I could dive a better rating but the reality is that the whole process has been very painful. Whilst everyone is very kind on messages and email the system is a nightmare and the customer care doesn’t seem to know their own product. We ordered a new trampoline padding for our interra trampoline. I live in a different country from where the trampoline is located and this already poses a problem as the system asks for a U.K. number to process the order. However all emails come from the Neatherlands. For a company that proud itself for being international this is a major issue. I had to use a friend phone number in order to proceed. I was also sent around the various countries online shops as initially I was told that the article I needed wasn’t available in the U.K. I then received conformation that it was so I placed the order. As I needed help to chose the correct article, I sent a picture of the actual trampoline and of its article number to the customer whatsup line (as requested by the customer care person I spoke to. In September 2025, it was still possible to talk to a human being on the phone which in situation like this is so helpful. A different customer care employee gave me the ´correct’ article number for my trampoline in writing. Sadly, upon receipt of the article, it turns out that that article is too small! I hope we can solve this issue soon as out tenant Is expecting to use the trampoline. It took a while to receive this order……

Perfect pool dome, second one iv had, brilliant at keeping the heat in the pool and keeps wind and dirt out making it more fun for the kids, quick delivery as always.
