I love the quality of the toys, the communication about how to use them. I love that the toys are so well planned, you can continue to use them for a long time after you have purchased them and you’re given lots of ideas for how to use them in different ways. I love that everything has an educational purpose behind it and the parents are also considered e.g. mess free art supplies. I see such amazing concentration from my child when she plays with the toys and I don’t feel the need to purchase many other toys which keeps costs down. Of course, I wish it were cheaper. I also wish there was an option to pay monthly. I know you can do PayPal but this would make it feel more like a monthly subscription and would be easier than using PayPal. You’d pay the same amount every month. I love the addition of the extra books because we LOVE all the books. My daughter is obsessed with the dentist and doctor one at the moment and I’m so happy that we’re having lots of conversations about what she should expect when the time comes. My only comment would be that the ones sold in the UK be considered because they vary to our experience here e.g. we call a ‘shot’ an ‘injection’ or ‘jab’. And we don’t usually get toys when we’ve finished at the dentist or doctor because they’re not usually private clinics. Something to think about perhaps.

Whilst I love the play kits and our play mat, I do think they are overpriced for what they are. The playmat is very thin and I’ve had to buy another one to go underneath. The play kit toys are well made and look nice, but even so they should be retailing for £20-30 less than they do. My main gripe is that the customer service is almost non existent. I emailed recently and it took a month for a response - a company charging this much for their products needs much much better customer service.
