Great service We did it all over the phone in 5 mins, chap at AO very helpful. The Item was priced matched to an offer on Amazon and saved us £60. Delivery was offered for the next day (Thats £20 extra) but we were not desperate for the item so we went for the free 4 day service. Delivery guys from Exeter were great. Very Happy Customer - First time we have used AO will use them again.

A.O. provide an excellent customer service which is helpful and informative. However the delivery is not always possible due to the lack of parking for a big track. The good point is that you can arrange a delivery when it is suitable for you including weekends and time slots. All in all I am happy with AO service and would recommend it.

A very poor experience which we believe they could avoided. There was no communication between their departments which left us feeling that our custom was unimportant to them. Unlikely to use them again.

5 stars...of course,,, for ao.com....this company carries quality merchandise which comes at good value ...whether one is thinking of purchasing in the higher or lower price levels ...the item has always proved to have a distinctive hallmark...this also follows through with the distinguishing characteristics of staff - who have recieved first class training and display that 'personal touch'....

The rating of the goods does not reflect on A.O. A.O. service is probably the best I have ever received. Their web chat team are superb, patient and helpful.The Beko dishwasher I ordered came without a top basket and it was only with the intervention of the A.O. team that this was sorted out. I will definitely use A.O. again.

Thanks for your review. I'm sorry to hear about the delay with your delivery. The tracking system should update as per the drivers progress. It may be that the driver was delayed in some way, which caused the delivery time to go back further than originally anticipated. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this caused. Michael
My goods were ordered and delivered as arranged. Customer Services were helpful and very efficient. I have no complaints at all
