The Mitox multi tool
The multi tool arrived later then expected, on inspection the hedge cutter was vibrating excessively, had to return the complete unit, the hedge trimmer was faulty, you replaced the faulty part, but when the multi tool was the return there was travel damaged noticeable on the engine cowling and also damaged was the plastic safety guard for the hedge trimmer plus the metal shield for the strimmer was bent and damaged also the locking bolt for the shaft was bent. Replaced the bolt myself and you replaced the other parts. Overall a bad experience

I ordered a battery for my lawn mower, it was delivered quickly. The number on the new battery was different from my original one and I was concerned that it might not be compatible with my mower. I gave the company a quick call and spoke to a young man who admitted to not knowing the answer…honest- excellent, but said that he would ask someone from another department in the morning and they would get back to me as soon as possible. I missed the call the next morning, but a message was left. I was able to understand the caller as her voice was clear and she didn’t tie me up in jargon. I charged the battery and attached it to the lawn mower which started first time. I am a happy bunny.
