Very easy to find replacement parts on site. Packaging was very good & delivery was very prompt.

Unable to complete a return.

I want to return an item and competed the appropriate form in my account. I received a return code number and waited for an email link to produce a return label. After two phone calls and an email to customer service I am still waiting. It’s been almost two weeks now and I am very disappointed at the delay. My next action will be to ask my bank for a chargeback to be implemented.

Great and quick delivery - simple process ONLY bas news is that certain US masks are not available on the UK Market, which I do not understand why! In that sense ResMed obviously prefers its US Clients to the rest of the UK/EU
