I was not able to return an item I bought. I was given a link by my sleep clinic, which I then purchased but it was for the wrong model. I only realised the error when the part did not fit but the company have told me I cannot return it. This has left me £35 out of pocket

Thank you for your feedback. As the products we sell are medical equipment, for hygiene reasons we are unable to refund any items which have been removed from original packaging and / or used. If you're replacing an existing mask, the model and size are usually printed on the mask itself, so we recommend checking this before placing your order. If you're ordering a new mask for the first time, we suggest using the printable sizing templates available on the product pages to help you choose the right fit. Got what I needed.

Find any thing you need to help an health problem you always get charged too much for what you need when it not your fault and Resmed are no different to expensive.
