Guidance and support for management of settings lacking

Still having problems managing the benefits of auto v manual settings and control of temperature and humidity. Extreme result each night ... Either too dry or too wet. FAQs don't give detailed advice. Also machine now stops after ramp time and has to be switched on again after ramp time. Mid sleep same up with mask on but no air coming through because machine off. Little support from Hospital sleep lab as they only take phone message and long delay getting back to me. Require more support.
