Ordered the Travel ResMed on line. It came within the week, following communications received updating you on its whereabouts. Packaged well. Easy to put together. I just fitted the mask to my head and pressed th button. You do not have to use app if you don't want to. Two electric plugs supplied, one for UK, the other for abroad sockets. Comes with a soft pouch to keep everything together although I did order the soft travel bag, ready for trips abroad. Now, I just need to pack an extension lead, and I'm ready for my hols.

The only reason I have to purchase the F20 mask from you is because it is splitting at the bottom where the silicon is too thin. You are aware of the fault and dont appear to be modifying it! Over-charging patients for replacement masks is not showing good will just profits! The neoprene straps are usless and don't lastmore than 2 months with patients needing high air pressures like myself. Can you tell me why you only make small and medium not large for the bigger faces people have? This is the forth mask that has split like this.

Excellent purchase well made Heated tube
I purchased heated tube for humidifier because I struggled a lot with normal tube a lot of issues like condensation, water in mask, with heated tube a lot of relief now I can increase humidity level 6 or 7, well made and easy to installed, my first purchased on ResMed website easy to order online received email tracking available as soon as order dispatched, well packed, delivered by royal mail in two working days, also the free return label provided with order if not happy with purchase return in 14 days full refund.

I like ResMed and although the new mask I tried didn't fit me properly, it isn't ResMed fault. The mask was lovely and soft, lightweight and easy to put on, but I have a real problem with the silicone seals used on the masks. I feel nauseous with the smell of them and try as I might, I wake up in the night because of air leaks. I don't think it's a ResMed problem but I do think it's just a fact of having to wear face masks to breathe in the night. That's the real problem.

Love Love ResMed for its quality products and fast delivery.
However it would be better to produce an all three sizes mask bundle like your competitors as some of us fall between sizes on the chart and need to try another size mask and at £50 approx per extra mask that’s expensive for new customers who want to ensure a good fit, undoubtedly this will put a lot of people off buying from ResMed and straight into the arms of your competitors. Missing a trick here ResMed

My ResMed is prescribed by the NHS - however they have become increasingly reluctant to provide replacement items. I was concerned and decided to get my own back ups as the NHS is dictating that they will not replace items more than once a year! - I feel more secure having bought replacements from the maker of my appliance. I plan to buy again soon.

The Price's was reasonable and delivery…
The Price was reasonable and delivery was pretty quick , I'm really happy with my heated tube and tube cover, i thought to give it a try has i was having all sorts of symtoms from my teeth to my stomach, even with a humidifier nothing seemed to work, but this is a must now and I will be returning when I need a new tube.

Sooner rather than later.
Delivery was supposed to arrive in 3 to 5 days but it arrived in 2 using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service which was excellent as old CPAP mask had failed completely and NHS were being very slow in replacing it so had to buy one.

Memory foam mask is the best at last I can wear my cpap for more and 4 hours .no leaks or sores on my nose.only downside is very expensive. Will be buying again after I've worn it out completely can not afford to change as often as they recommend
