A Travelling Game Changer

I have been a CPAP/Redmed10 user for nearly 8 years, lugging around my large device on different travels. I was a little skeptical about how good a small / travel unit would be, especially at the cost. I used my AirMini for the first time last night on the hottest night in the UK in 2025, it was quiet, comfortable and one of the best nights I have had away from home. It was certainly worth the investment and I would recommend this to anyone who travels (lightweight and quality). I am looking forward to trying this on battery! As this is a travel device, please make an international power supply so I can simply switch in the relevant plug of make it USB-C Power driven as a default source would be my only improvement reccomendation.

Hoping to improve. Having like blackouts which are horrid and then like loosing my memory. If I would have known these symptoms like snoring years ago I would have looked for medication sooner.It is like living a nightmare. Being treated for skin cancer and then had catheter fitted.But along came this and it is turned my life into a nightmare. What you could do better is bring down the prices of the equipment. Some poor people cannot afford to purchase it.

Good products, but the price !!

Contacted Resmed - very helpful and courtesies stopped me buying the wrong product and suggested a different one, which i then bought. Absolutely worked and this is the one i can wear and have no trouble with it. Brilliant ! Only niggle is the price £150.00 for a piece of plastic,! but it works

Quality products that stand the test of time...

The quality of their products is exceptional. I have been using an AirSense 10 for 5 years now and never had an issue. It quickly cleared up my sleep apnea as soon as I started using it. A bonus was that it compensated for my deviated septum. Previously, I could only sleep on my right, but this device opens the nostrils on both sides, allowing me to sleep in any position I want now. The AirFit™ P30i mask has been a game-changer; I only wish I had started using it sooner. With the airflow coming in from the top, I can sleep much more comfortably. I do notice a pink residue in the humidifier that I have to clean every few days. I believe it’s caused by an airborne bacterium called Serratia Marcescens. While it’s harmless, it can be persistent and difficult to clean due to the internal shape and design of the humidifier. This issue only arose after I switched the allergy filter to a standard filter, though it might just be a coincidence. It's good that Resmed do not accept returns of opened medical equipment—this could be an expensive mistake for some and a negative review, but it’s reassuring for the rest of us! The costs are the only negative aspect - in the light of such large profits, maybe that is something that can be addressed in the future!

Heated hose works really well. No rain-out at all.

All items arrived in perfect order. I've not tested the humidifier yet but, with the onset of the freezing temps, the heated hose has been fantastic and I've not experienced any "rain-out".
