50% more expensive than other models

It was good to be able to buy the product I needed but I still feel the pricing is too high for small, simple products such as the Air Mini. It is still almost 50% above similar travel models (e.g. the M1 Mini Auto Travel CPAP Machine) and I do not see or understand the price 'premium' for your product.

Quality, reliability and great customer service

The machine is very easy to use and I’m particularly pleased with the synch to the MyAir app - which gives me daily usage information which is really informative as to how my therapy is going.

All good

I ordered a heated tube for my CPAP machine. Arrived in about three days. No problems with any of the service. I could have kicked myself a few days later though after I started to use it! I found the heated tube that I “was sure I had somewhere” in a bag in my wardrobe! Still at £30 odd it won’t break the bank - and I have a spare.

I am an NHS patient and the CPAP machine is fantastic, I went from stopping breathing 32 times an hour down to 4 times an hour!!! The only issue I have with the pack supplied by the NHS is the mask, it is flimsy and splits very easily as it is very basic. My solution is that I purchase the F20 soft/padded ones from you guys at RESMED, I also love the fact that without knowing I was informed that I am allowed VAT free, this saves me money and I have a better nights sleep. I now need to sort out the head strap and all will be good.

Easy ordering and super speedy delivery! Only issue is with Royal Mails very poor delivery service lately. Last order was left outside property and not in confirmed safe place. Blowing around in the storm winds and found in the street by a neighbour! Not the first time!
