Absolutely terrible. Do not buy from here. Gurkha Fat Boy box of 20 We wanted a special gift for Father's Day. I looked at several different websites and the cigars were all advertised on other websites as size 4 x 60; however, on the Havana House website, they were advertised as the larger size of 5 x 66. Great, that is exactly the size we wanted. Just to ensure we were getting the size shown, I emailed them to confirm the size was correct. The email came back saying yes, the size was correct 5 x 66. So we decided to order. Very excited as we all clubbed together to buy these, and they were nearly £300. When they arrived, I couldn't believe it. They were the small size (that I could have got a lot cheaper elsewhere). I immediately phoned them. They confirmed I was misinformed and their website information was wrong (it's now been corrected). No help at all on the phone, even though I explained we would be without a Father's Day gift. Instead of them taking ownership and wanting to rectify their error, they were just concerned about the money on supplying a box of cigars in the size we wanted. I suppose they did try to rectify by offering me cigars a long way off what we wanted or ordered. Why should we compromise? It wasn't our error. The only offer in the end was to send them back. On reflection, as soon as we received them and took them out of the box, I saw in big writing 4 x 60. It's a pity the experts at the shop didn't look. We now have to send them back and wait for a refund. So no Father’s Day gift. What an absolutely disappointing shambles. Also, look at the pictures of the box. Quality control, I think not. The box looks tatty and worn. I wish we never ordered from Havana House at all and certainly never will again. By the time the refund comes back and we reorder elsewhere, our family will no longer be together as they have travelled back home. How embarrassing that would be. So, after discussion, we decided our only option was we had to keep them. But I stress, not what we ordered. Not what we wanted, and when the gift was given, a hint of disappointment in the eyes of the recipient (dementia, unfortunately).
