Processing of order payment was quick and easy, and the price of the samples was returned in the final cost. Delivered from Germany, but despite the shipping company having to close for a few days due to covid, delivery was very quick. Arrived at least a week before I expected it. Customer support were very good and immediately informed me of the probable delay with the option of a full refund if it was going to take too long. I was fine waiting a bit longer and I'm glad I did, the wallpaper is excellent quality, matched the sample perfectly, and for what it is, is a very reasonable price. Not put it up yet but I don't think there will be any problem there (apart from my somewhat basic wallpapering skills of course :) ). One thing to note, my account hasn't been updated since the initial order, and in fact still says the order is "processing", even though I got it a week ago. Would be good if that gave a bit more information and updates, but so long as you don't mind that, I'd highly recommend ordering from Bricoflor. Will definitely be going back there when I need more, their selection is so much better and more varied than most other places I've seen.

We desperately needed some carpet for an event we were taking part in. We found this company online that offered next day delivery. We called in advance early in the week to get some reassurance, that if we ordered, could we get it for Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. They told us it was possible. A few days later they emailed us to say they've noticed we've requested delivery for a particular day, and if we want it delivered on that day its classed as express delivery and we'd have to pay an additional £35 (even though we ordered in advance). We were told to reply to the meail by 11am that day if we wanted our order - we found this rather odd but replied within an hour. A few hours later we get an email to say our order has been cancelled. We called to find out what was going on and the representative was rather unhelpful. First, they claimed they never received a reply, and then they tried to say they don't have the stock they're advertising and have to place an order with another manufacturer to get it (again, very odd). Their whole attitude was implying it was all our fault, and we got the feeling they had no idea what they were doing or how to deal with customers. They were very unhelpful and unreliable and we would avoid them at all costs!

Initially saw the paper I wanted on another site but it was far more expensive, I haven’t used this site before so was unsure if the service and quality would be poor but I’m really happy with the paper and delivery time!

Silvi and Andreea were very helpful keeping me informed about the order and estimated delivery times. The only negative point was the courier company not turning up as advised, but when they finally arrived the following day, everything was as expected and in good condition.

Bought a small red rug but unfortunately I was told it was unavailable after I paid. However, I was notified the following day and received a refund immediately which was excellent. Shame the unavailability wasn’t flagged on the website when purchasing.

No problems with Bricoflor but the flooring , six boxes , 600 X 300 boards, was delivered on a pallet. The driver left the pallet with me, so I had to dispose of it.
